Description

The present invention relates to refrigerators.

Refrigerators that have been generally used in the past consist of an inner box that forms the general shape of the internal space such as a refrigerator compartment and a freezer compartment, an outer box that is the outer shell, and a heat insulating box body that has a foam insulation material filled in between. formed as 2. Description of the Related Art In a refrigerator such as a refrigerating compartment, a partition member is provided in order to appropriately partition the inside of the refrigerator from the viewpoint of improving user convenience and cooling efficiency. Further, the partition member is often provided with a support member or the like for supporting and guiding the drawer-type storage means.

In providing such a partition member, for example, Patent Document 1 discloses means for joining the partition member when the inner box is vacuum-formed.

However, some partition members are difficult to assemble at the stage of vacuum forming the inner box. For example, as in the refrigerator 100 shown in FIG. 12 , a lower chamber interior 110 is partitioned into left and right by a partition member 120, and a support member 130 for supporting drawer-type storage means is provided on the upper surface of the chamber interior 110. When provided, it is generally necessary to assemble the inner box 101 with the partition member 120 and the support member 130 for assembling the storage means.

Here, the partition member 120 and the support member 130 assembled to the inner box 101 and the like are mounted either before or after forming the heat insulating box body, that is, before or after filling and foaming the foamed heat insulating material between the inner box 101 and the outer box. It will be assembled at the timing of Like the partition member 120 in the refrigerator 100, members that are formed on the premise of the shape of the interior 110 itself and the shapes of other various members and means provided in the interior 110 are formed by foaming the foam insulation material. Later, it will be assembled after other various means are assembled.

On the other hand, if the support member 130 is to be assembled after the foamed insulation material is foamed, the screwing position will be on the inner side of the interior 110 of the lower part of the refrigerator 100 and on the upper surface of the interior space. As a result, the visibility is very poor, and it is difficult for the operator to grasp the positions of the screw holes.

Therefore, as in the case of the support member 130, if the assembling work is performed after the foamed heat insulating material is foamed, the work becomes difficult due to reasons such as poor visibility. It is preferable to directly assemble the inner box 101 before foaming the foamed heat insulating material.

However, if the support members 130 are assembled before the foamed heat insulating material is foamed and the partition member 120 is installed after foaming, the support members 130 interfere with the work. Also, when inserting the partition member 120 while avoiding the struts 140, the support member 130 interferes with the space in which the partition member 120 is to be inserted. There was an inconvenience.

An object of the present invention is to facilitate and efficiently assemble the support member 130 after foaming the foamed heat insulating material and assembling the partition member 120. It is to be

The latch receiving member has the latch receiver,
The latch receiving member is a member in which the knob member is positioned above the upper surface of the inner box forming the internal space, and the latch receiver is positioned below the upper surface of the inner box. and
The latch receiver is characterized by an opening that opens toward the front of the interior space .

The refrigerator according to the present invention is characterized in that the support structure is positioned behind the support member.

The refrigerator according to the present invention further comprises a cold air discharge port for discharging cold air into the supported member,
The supported member is
It is characterized by forming a cool air inlet for introducing cool air at a rear position and deviating to either the left or right, and a front wall at the front.

The refrigerator according to the present invention is further characterized in that at least a part of the upper vertical section of the cold air discharge port is inclined.

According to the refrigerator according to the present invention, the hooking portion is formed so as to slightly protrude upward from the upper surface of the supporting member and extend rearward, and the hooking portion is hooked to the upper surface forming the internal space. Since the support structure is provided with the hook receiving member to be fastened, the work can be performed in a state where the support member is hooked on the hook receiving member. Therefore, it is not forced to perform a difficult assembling work such as looking up in a narrow storage room after foaming the foamed heat insulating material and holding down the entire support member so as not to drop it. Further, as a result, the support member can be assembled after the partition member has been assembled after foaming the foamed heat insulating material. can be resolved.

According to the refrigerator according to the present invention, since the support structure is positioned behind the support member, the assembly work can be performed with the support member hooked on the inner side of the inside of the refrigerator, where visibility is particularly poor. Therefore, the assembly work can be facilitated. In addition, it is possible to perform fixing work by screwing or the like only on the front side where visibility is good.

According to the refrigerator according to the present invention, when the cold air is discharged into the supported member from the cold air discharge port, the cold air is introduced at the position behind the supported member and deviated to either the left or right side. Since the front wall is formed on the front side, the cold air rotates and circulates within the supported member due to the momentum of the discharge of the cool air and the impingement against the front wall. Therefore, it is possible to cool the stored items in the supported member more reliably and quickly.

According to the refrigerator according to the present invention, since the cold air discharge port is at least partly inclined in the upper vertical section, the direction of the discharged cold air is obliquely downward. Therefore, it is likely to collide with the front wall of the supported member, which contributes to the circulation of cool air in the supported member.

A refrigerator 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. In the following description of the refrigerator according to the present embodiment, terms indicating directions such as "up and down", "left and right", and "back and forth" are as shown in FIG. That is, the "vertical" direction corresponds to the height direction of refrigerator 10, the "left and right" direction corresponds to the width direction of refrigerator 10, and the "back and forth" direction corresponds to the depth direction of refrigerator 10. . Based on this assumption, the refrigerator 10 according to the present embodiment will be described below.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a refrigerator 10 partitions a freezer compartment and a cooling compartment. a partition member 30 partitioned into two, a strut member 13 provided further forward from the assembly position of the partition member 30, a supported member 50 such as a drawer type, and a support member 40 for supporting it. Prepare.

As shown in FIG. 4 , the partition member 20 forms a space serving as a cold air flow path inside, and includes a cold air discharge port 21 for introducing cold air into the refrigerator from a desired position. A fan 23 for circulating cool air to the interior 11 is provided at a substantially central position in the horizontal direction of the partition member 20, and an evaporator 24 is provided below the fan 23. Further, the fan 23 is provided at the upper position in the height position of the freezer 10 .

A plurality of cool air outlets 21 may be provided according to the configuration and shape of the interior of the refrigerator. In the following description of the present embodiment, the cold air discharge port 21 refers to the illustrated one, and other cold air discharge ports appearing in the drawings are not important in the present embodiment. , explanation is omitted.

The partition member 30 is a member that divides the space of the inside 11 into left and right. The partition member 30 is provided with storage support members 31 and the like for supporting and guiding the drawer-type storage.

The support member 40 is fixed to the upper surface forming the chamber interior 11, and includes a support portion 42 for hooking the supported member 50 and supporting the supported member 50 so as to be movable in the front-rear direction. In addition, the support member 40 includes a hook portion 41 that projects slightly upward from the top surface of the support member 40 so as to be hooked and supported by a hook receiving member 400, which will be described later, and that extends rearward substantially parallel to the top surface. .

The supported member 50 is, for example, a storage member having a storage space for storing food and beverages, and is specifically a small and simple storage member further installed in the vegetable compartment, but is not limited to this.

As shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, the support member 40 is assembled at a predetermined position on the upper surface of the inside 11 formed by the inner box 12 and the like. In this state, the pair of support portions 42 extends downward to support the supported member 50 from the left and right sides so as to be movable in the front-rear direction.

FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view taken along line BB indicated in FIG. A support member 40 is assembled below a rectangular region 125 of the inner box 12 forming the upper surface of the inside 11 , that is, on the inside 11 side of the inner box 12 .

The inner box 12 has a convex portion 12a formed slightly behind the mounting position of the support member 40, and an opening for mounting the hook receiving member 400 on the top.

As shown in FIG. 7, the hook receiving member 400 includes a knob portion 401 to be held by an operator's fingers when assembling, fixing means 404, a substantially U-shaped hook receiver 403, and a hook. It has a hook inserting space 402 formed by a stop catch 403 .

As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the fixing means is installed at a position where the latch receiver 403 of the latch receiver member 400 slightly enters the inside 11 of the opening of the convex portion 12 a formed in the inner box 12 . The hook receiving member 400 is fixed by 404 .

The hooking portion 41 included in the support member 40 is assembled in a state of being inserted into the hooking portion insertion space 402 of the hook receiving member 400 . As a result, the hook portion 41 is hooked on the hook receiver 403, and the support member 40 is hooked. In this way, the hook portion 41 of the support member 40 and the hook receiver 403 of the hook receiver member 400 serve as a support structure for supporting the support member 40 .

When an operator performs the assembly work of the support member 40 , first, the hooking portion 41 of the supporting member 40 is inserted into the hooking portion insertion space 402 . As a result, the hooking portion 41 is hooked by the hooking receptacle 403 so that the hooking portion 41 is supported. In other words, when the hook portion 41 is hooked on the hook receiver 403, at least a part of the support member 40 is hooked to prevent the support member 40 from falling off. This facilitates the work of fixing the support member 40 while pressing it upward.

Moreover, it is desirable that the hook portion 41 and the hook receiving member 400 are provided on the rear side of the support member 40 in the assembled state. As a result, the support member 40, particularly the rear side, is latched. By adopting such a configuration, it is easy for the operator to reach and the visibility is improved. Furthermore, the worker can prevent the support member 40 from falling down by pressing only the front portion of the support member 40, which further facilitates the assembly work. Further, since the rear portion of the support member 40 is hooked, the assembly of the support member 40 can be completed by fixing only the fixing means 12f , 12f on the front side.

10 and 5, the relationship between the cool air discharge port 21 of the partition member 20 and the supported member 50 will be described. The cold air cooled by the evaporator is discharged from the cold air discharge port 21 through the partition member 20 . The cold air discharge port 21 is set at a position close to the rear of the supported member 50 so that cold air can be sent directly into the supported member 50 .

A cool air introduction port 52 is formed in the supported member 50 so as to have a positional relationship close to the cool air discharge port 21 . The cold air introduction port 52 has a shape in which the rear upper edge portion of the supported member 50 is recessed downward and protrudes slightly rearward.

As shown in FIG. 5, the height of the cold air discharge port 21 is desirably set to be approximately the same height as the cold air introduction port 52 or slightly higher. Further, the angle of the cold air discharge port 21 may be appropriately set so that the cold air discharge direction from the cold air discharge port 21 is obliquely downward, or the discharge direction adjustment unit 22 may be provided.

For example, the discharge direction adjusting portion 22 may be angled only in the vicinity of the cold air outlet of the cold air discharge port 21 more than other portions. In this case, the upper section of the cold air discharge port 21 may be extended longer than the lower section. However, it is not limited to this.

The arrows around the fan 23 shown in FIG. 12 indicate the direction of the wind from the fan 23 . Since a sufficient amount of air is not supplied at a position close to the position of the fan 23, the cold air discharge port 21 is positioned away from the fan 23 so that sufficient cold air is discharged from the cold air discharge port 21. For example, it is preferable to position the cold air discharge port 21 at a position about the radius of the fan 23, but it is not limited to this.

Further, as shown in FIG. 11, the cool air introduction port 52 of the supported member 50 is formed on the rear side. In addition, the cool air introduction port 52 of the supported member 50 is formed to be located at a position biased to either the left or right on the rear side of the supported member 50 .

As a result, the cold air discharged obliquely downward from the cold air discharge port 21 is introduced into the supported member 50 through the cold air introduction port 52, and the cold air collides with the front wall 51 on the front side due to the momentum of the discharge. As a result, cool air can be discharged so that the cool air rotates and circulates inside the supported member 50 . As a result, the items stored in the supported member 50 can be cooled reliably and quickly.

The invention is not limited to the examples described above. The supported member 50 is not limited to the member used for storage as described above, and may be, for example, a shelf member, an ice tray, an interior light source, a cover, or other member. It's okay. Similarly, the support member 40 can be widely applied to a member such as a shelf support member, an ice tray support member, an interior lamp housing, and the like, which are assembled on the upper surface of the refrigerator to support the member to be supported.

In addition, the material of each member and each means in the above description is not particularly limited, and conventionally known materials such as synthetic resins and various metals can be appropriately used.

The preceding description is not meant to limit the invention. The present invention may include things that can be changed and improved without departing from its spirit. The present invention also includes equivalents thereof.
