Description

Claims (10)
- 内視鏡(11)用の起上台(43)の把持スロット(91)と協働可能な器具であって、
体管内の狭窄を拡張させるために前記内視鏡(11)を通して配置することができる拡大可能なバルーン(112)と、
前記拡大可能なバルーン(112)の周りに配置可能であり、前記起上台(43)の前記把持スロット(91)と協働して狭窄部に固定されるカテーテル(120)であって、該カテーテルは、その長手方向軸線に沿った近位部分(122)および遠位部分(123)を含み、前記近位部分(122)には分割可能部分(124)が形成されて第1セクション(130)と第2セクション(132)が画定され、狭窄部における前記拡大可能なバルーン(112)を保護および維持するために、該セクションが分割可能部分(124)によって互いに分離可能とされており、前記遠位部分(123)は分割可能とされていない、カテーテル(120)とを含む、器具。 - 前記分割可能部分(124)は、前記第1セクション(130)および前記第2セクション(132)を画定するようにして、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンからなる、請求項1に記載の器具。
- 前記分割可能部分(124)は、引き離した際に裂けて、第1(130)および第2(132)のセクションを画定することが可能なように構成されている分子構造からなる、請求項1に記載の器具。
- 前記拡大可能なバルーン(112)は拡張バルーンカテーテルである、請求項1に記載の器具。
- 前記拡大可能なバルーン(112)は、以下の構成要素、すなわち、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、パーフルオロエラストマー、フルオロエラストマー、ニトリル、ネオプレン、ポリウレタン、シリコン、ポリテトラフルロエチレン、スチレン−ブタジエン、ゴム、およびポリイソブチレンのうちの少なくとも1つを含むポリマー材料から作製される、請求項1に記載の器具。
- 前記カテーテル(120)は、以下の構成要素、すなわち、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、パーフルオロエラストマー、フルオロエラストマー、ニトリル、ネオプレン、ポリウレタン、シリコン、ポリテトラフルロエチレン、スチレン−ブタジエン、ゴム、およびポリイソブチレンのうちの少なくとも1つを含むポリマー材料から作製される、請求項1に記載の器具。
- 遠位先端まで伸び、把持スロット(91)を画定する内側(92)を形成された起上台(43)が可動装着されている挿入チューブ(12)と、
前記挿入チューブ(12)を通して配置可能であって、狭窄を拡張させるために拡大可能なバルーン(112)と、
前記拡大可能なバルーン(112)が内部を通って配置されているカテーテル(120)であって、該カテーテル(120)は、挿入チューブ(12)を通して配置され、前記起上台(43)に対する長手方向の動きを抑制するために前記把持スロット(91)と協働可能であり、長手方向軸線に沿った近位(122)および遠位(123)の部分を含み、前記近位部分(122)は前記長手方向軸線に沿って形成される分割可能部分(124)を有し、前記拡大可能なバルーン(112)を狭窄部において保護かつ維持する間、該カテーテル(120)を固定するために該分割可能部分で互いに分離可能な第1(130)および第2(132)のセクションが画定されており、前記遠位部分(123)は分割可能とされていない、カテーテル(120)とを含む内視鏡システム。 - 前記拡大可能なバルーン(112)は、迅速交換バルーンカテーテル、オーバー・ザ・ワイヤ・バルーンカテーテル、高圧バルーンカテーテル、固定ワイヤーカテーテル、電気生理学的アブレーションカテーテル、複数ルーメンバルーンカテーテル、閉塞バルーンカテーテル、二重バルーンカテーテル、単一バルーンカテーテル、子宮内到達バルーンカテーテル、血管形成術バルーンカテーテル、拡張バルーンカテーテル、尿道拡張バルーンカテーテル、食道バルーンカテーテル、内視鏡的狭窄形成術胆管バルーンカテーテル、経皮狭窄形成術胆管バルーンカテーテル、使い捨てバルーンカテーテル、子宮卵管造影図(HSG)バルーンカテーテル、およびステント送達バルーンカテーテルの中の1つの拡大可能なバルーンカテーテル(114)である、請求項7に記載の器具。
- 前記拡大可能なバルーン(112)は、以下の構成要素、すなわち、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、パーフルオロエラストマー、フルオロエラストマー、ニトリル、ネオプレン、ポリウレタン、シリコン、ポリテトラフルロエチレン、スチレン−ブタジエン、ゴム、およびポリイソブチレンのうちの少なくとも1つを含むポリマー材料から作製される、請求項7に記載の器具。
