Description
Claims (10)
- a)第1のウエーク期間に第1の無線ネットワークと通信することと、
b)前記第1のウエーク期間に続く第2のウエーク期間に第2の無線ネットワークと通信ことと、
c)前記第2の無線ネットワークが前記第1の無線ネットワークと異なることを検出することに応答して前記第2のウエーク期間を延長することと、
を備え、
前記第1及び第2の無線ネットワーク内の無線端末はロウデューティサイクル(LDC)ネットワーク内にLDC端末を備え、前記第1および第2の無線ネットワークと通信することはLDCサービスを適用することを備える、方法。 - 前記第2のウエーク期間に第2の無線ネットワークに関連するネットワーク情報を受信することをさらに備えた、請求項1の方法。
- 前記第1および第2の無線ネットワークと通信することは、それぞれの無線ネットワークに登録することを備える請求項1の方法。
- 前記第2の無線ネットワークが前記第1の無線ネットワークと異なることを検出することは、
a)前記第1のウエーク期間に前記第1の無線ネットワークから第1の識別(ID)番号を受信することと;
b)前記第2のウエーク期間に前記第2の無線ネットワークから第2のID番号を受信することと;
c)前記第1のID番号が前記第2のID番号と異なることを検出することと;
を備えた請求項1の方法。 - 前記ネットワーク情報を受信することは、前記端末が通信しようとする前記第2の無線ネットワーク内のアドレスを含む専用メッセージを受信することを備えた、請求項2の方法。
- 無線端末において、
a)情報を第1および第2の無線ネットワークに送信するように構成された送信機と、
b)前記第1および第2の無線ネットワークから情報を受信するように構成された受信機と、
c)1)第1の継続期間を有する第1のウエーク期間に前記第1の無線ネットワークと通信するようにウエークモードとハイバネーションモードを交互に行うように;
2)前記第1のウエーク期間に続く第2のウエーク期間に前記第2の無線ネットワークと通信するように;
3)前記第2の無線ネットワークが前記第1の無線ネットワークと異なることを検出することに応答可能なように前記第2のウエーク期間を、前記第1の継続期間よりも大きい第2の継続期間に延長するように;
前記送信機と受信機を制御するように構成された制御モジュールと、
を備え、前記無線端末および前記第1および第2の無線ネットワークはロウデューティサイクル(LDC)ネットワークを備える、無線端末。 - 前記制御モジュールはさらに前記第2のウエーク期間に前記第2の無線ネットワークに関連するネットワーク情報を受信するようにさらに構成される、請求項6の無線端末。
- 前記制御モジュールは、それぞれ前記第1および第2の無線ネットワークと通信するために前記第1および第2の無線ネットワークに登録するように前記送信回路および受信回路を動作するように構成される、請求項6の無線端末。
- 前記制御モジュールは、
a)前記第1のウエーク期間に前記受信機を介して前記第1の無線ネットワークから第1の識別(ID)番号を受信するように;
b)前記第2のウエーク期間に前記受信機を介して前記第2の無線ネットワークから第2のID番号を受信するように;
c)前記第1のID番号が前記第2のID番号と異なることを検出することにより前記第2の無線ネットワークが前記第1の無線ネットワークと異なることを検出するように;
構成される、請求項6の無線端末。 - 前記ネットワーク情報は、前記端末が通信しようとしている前記第2の無線ネットワーク内のアドレスを含む専用ダウンリンクメッセージを含む、請求項7の無線端末。
