Description
本出願は、2005年6月21日出願の「核放射断層画像ガイダンスを使用する組織介入」と題する米国仮特許出願第60/692,243号の利益を主張するものであり、この特許文献の全内容は参照することにより本明細書に組み込まれる。
1.核放射撮像装置を使用して撮影することができる疑わしい組織にマーキングする介入器具であって、この疑わしい組織を使用することにより介入をガイドすることができる介入器具。
2.介入器具に一つ以上の放射線源を充填して器具の位置及び向きを核放射撮像法を使用して求めることができる方法。
3.介入器具に正確な用量の放射線を入れて介入器具を送り込んで、放射線を核放射撮像装置によって容易に撮影することができ、かつ器具が、放射標識した疑わしい組織の邪魔になることがないようにする安全性の高い簡易方法。
4.介入器具に、ほとんどを廃棄することができ、かつ非常に安価な放射線源を充填する方法。
5.介入器具に、非常に安全性が高く、かつ製造及び/又は取り付け、及び/又は挿入が容易な放射線源を充填する方法。
6.無菌状態を維持しながら、無菌介入器具に或る用量の放射線を入れる方法。
7.介入器具に、校正済みの長寿命の放射線源に対する規制制御が必要ではない所望用量の放射線を入れる方法。
8.介入器具に、長期間の放射線被爆の恐れを招くことなく永久に埋め込んだままとすることができる短寿命の放射線源を入れる方法。
9.生体内で利用されるように設計される種々の器具構造に適用することができる方法。このような生体内挿入器具構造の例として、例えばカニューレ、経皮的組織切除器具、近接照射療法による核種注射液を押し出すイントロデューサ、及び生検位置マーカを挙げることができる。
Claims (6)
- PET走査システムと連動させて使用することができる介入手順キットであって、
前記PET走査システムは、
圧迫される、および/または固定される身体部分に関する画像データを取得するシステムであり、
第1検出器ヘッドと第2検出器ヘッドを備え、
前記第1および第2検出器ヘッドの各々は、前記身体部分から放出されるガンマ線を検出する材料を含み、
前記第1および第2検出器ヘッドによって検出される信号を同期ゲーティングし、
前記同期ゲーティングした結果を使用して前記画像データを求めるシステムであり、
前記介入手順キットは、
固定形状のワイヤを備え、前記ワイヤは、第1方向に延びる近位部と、前記第1方向とは異なる第2方向に延びる遠位部とを備え、前記近位部と前記遠位部に放射性物質が充填されて、前記ワイヤの位置と方向が前記PET走査システムによって検出できるように構成され、前記固定形状のワイヤからのガンマ線は前記身体部分からのガンマ線と区別することができるように構成されており、前記ワイヤは、前記放射性物質を前記近位部と前記遠位部内に密封するため、近位断面と遠位断面において密封されている、
介入手順キット。 - 前記ワイヤは、前記近位部と前記遠位部の間に配置され、前記ワイヤを前記身体部分の内部の或る位置に固定する固定屈曲部を含む、請求項1記載の介入手順キット。
- 前記ワイヤは、前記ワイヤを前記身体部分の内部の或る位置に固定する固定用棘突起部を含む、請求項1記載の介入手順キット。
- 前記放射性物質はFDG及びセスタミビから成るグループから選択される放射性薬剤を含む、請求項1記載の介入手順キット。
- 前記放射性物質は放射性同位元素線源を含み、前記放射性同位元素はナトリウム−22、ゲルマニウム−86、2[F−18]フルオロデオキシグルコース、及びコバルト−57から成るグループから選択される、請求項1記載の介入手順キット。
- 圧迫される、および/または固定される身体部分に関する画像データを取得する陽電子放射断層撮影システムであって、
放射性物質が充填される固定形状のワイヤであって、前記ワイヤは、第1方向に延びる近位部と、前記第1方向とは異なる第2方向に延びる遠位部とを備え、前記近位部と前記遠位部に前記放射性物質が充填されて、前記ワイヤの位置と方向が陽電子放射断層撮影法によって検出できるように構成され、前記ワイヤは、前記放射性物質を前記近位部と前記遠位部内に密封するため、近位断面と遠位断面において密封されている、ワイヤと、
陽電子放射のデータを検出する装置と、
を備え、
前記ワイヤを前記身体部分の病変の近傍に位置させたとき、画像データを供給して介入器具の位置及び向きを決め、前記病変に対する介入操作を可能にするように構成されており、前記固定形状のワイヤからのガンマ線は前記病変からのガンマ線と区別することができるように構成されている、
