Description
− パネルは、前記レール上に、レイアウト部材、特に座席を設置できるよう、長手方向軸方向に配置された長形開口部を有する上面を含む。
− パネルは、ハニカムコアの対向外面上にそれぞれ配設された少なくとも2つの壁を有するサンドイッチコア構造を含み、これらの壁は複合材料強化材であり、取り付けレールはI字形の断面を有し、ハニカムコアに挿入される。

Claims (8)
- 長手方向軸(15)とI字形の断面を有し、少なくとも1つの開口部をそれぞれに備えるサイドフランジを含む上側レール部分を備える少なくとも1つの取り付けレール(14)と、
コア(12)の対向外面上にそれぞれ配設された2つの壁(10、11)を有し、少なくとも1つの壁が、前記取り付けレールが挿入され、且つ前記長手方向軸(15)に沿って配置された開口部を有する上面(22)を備えるサンドイッチ構造と、
フロアパネルの底部側から下壁(11)を通り、前記コア(12)を通って、前記サイドフランジ(24、25)の底部まで挿入されるインサート(27)と、
前記フロアパネルに組み付けられるクロスビーム(28)と、
前記サイドフランジの少なくとも1つの開口部から前記インサートを通り前記クロスビーム内まで挿入させることにより、前記取り付けレールを前記サンドイッチ構造体に取り付け、前記フロアパネルと前記クロスビームを組み付ける固定手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする乗客輸送手段用フロアパネル。 - 前記コア(12)はハニカムコアであり、前記壁(10、11)が複合材料強化材からなり、前記取り付けレール(14)が前記ハニカムコア(12)に挿入されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパネル。
- 前記インサート(27)のそれぞれが、対応する開口部の中心であり、且つ前記ハニカムコア(12)につながる主軸を有する中空円筒体を備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のパネル。
- フランジ(18、19)が前記長手方向軸(15)の方向に沿って横方向に間隔をあけて配置され、それぞれリップ(20、21)を備え、前記リップが前記取り付けレールの長手方向軸(15)方向に沿って配置される摺動面を形成するよう相互に向き合うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパネル。
- 上側レール部分を含み且つ長手方向軸(15)とI字形の断面を有し、前記上側レール部分が、少なくとも1つの開口部をそれぞれに備えるサイドフランジを含む少なくとも1つの取り付けレール(14)と、
前記取り付けレールが挿入され、且つ前記長手方向軸(15)に沿って配置される開口部を有する上面(22)と、フロアパネルの底部側から下壁(11)を通り、前記パネルの前記コア(12)を通って挿入されるインサート(27)とを備えるフロアパネルと、
前記フロアパネルに組み付けられる一連の平行なクロスビーム(28)と、
前記サイドフランジの少なくとも1つの開口部から前記インサートを通り前記クロスビーム内まで挿入させることにより、前記取り付けレールを前記フロアパネルに取り付け、前記フロアパネルと前記クロスビームを組み付ける横断型固定手段と、
からなることを特徴とする乗客輸送用手段内へのレイアウト部材の固定用設備。 - 2つのフロアパネル(9)の各接合部に水密継手(29)を備え、前記水密継手(29)が前記パネルと少なくとも1つのクロスビーム(28)の上部材との間に設置されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の設備。
- 前記クロスビーム(28)のそれぞれが、前記フロアパネル下の貨物室の天井を形成する飾りパネルの上部に固定された一連の形状鋼に連結することにより、前記輸送手段のシステムを通すスペースを作ることができることを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の設備。
- 設備が請求項5に記載の設備であることを特徴とするレイアウト部材の固定用設備を含む航空機。
