Description
Claims (17)
- バイオマスのガス化方法であって、
(A)このバイオマスを反応炉に投入し、それを不足当量の酸素が供給される600〜1300℃の間の温度下に置く工程と、
(B)そこから生じるタール分を除去するために、このようにして得られた合成ガスを洗浄工程に置く工程と、
(C)前記合成ガスを消費者に供給する工程と
を含むものである方法において、
前記合成ガスの洗浄工程(B)が、
(1)別個に供給されるオイルでそれらの合成ガスを完全に飽和させるか又は過飽和させる工程と、
(2)前記タールの一部とともにこのオイルを凝縮し、オイルとタールとの混合物からガスを分離する工程と、
(3)水が凝縮しない条件下において、工程(2)で分離されたガスを吸収装置へ通し、且つ、前記吸収装置にオイルを添加し、前記ガスに含まれる残留タールを前記オイルに吸収させる工程と、
(4)前記吸収装置から排出される前記ガスを水洗装置へ通し、前記水洗装置において前記ガスから水を凝縮させる工程と、
(5)前記吸収装置から排出される前記オイルから、少なくとも前記残留タールの一部を分離する工程と
を含むことを特徴とするバイオマスのガス化方法。 - 工程(3)における前記水が凝縮しない条件とは、大気圧および水の露点よりも高い温度である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程(3)における前記水が凝縮しない条件とは、大気圧および70から100℃の温度である請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも、工程(5)にて分離された前記残留タールの画分が前記反応炉に送り込まれ、ガス化プロセスに導入される請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 工程(2)にて得られたオイルとタールとの前記混合物が少なくとも一部、タールをオイルから分離するための分離工程に置かれ、かつ、得られたオイルが少なくとも一部、前記吸収工程(3)に戻される請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記オイルから分離された前記タールが少なくとも一部、前記バイオマスのガス化用の反応炉に送り込まれる請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記オイルから分離された前記タールが少なくとも一部、排出され、または、さらなる分離工程に置かれる請求項5に記載の方法。
- 工程(3)において前記吸収装置から排出されたオイルとタールとの混合物が再生工程に供され、
前記再生工程は、
前記混合物を空気と接触させること、および
これによって分離された前記タールを前記反応炉に送り込むこと
を含む、請求項1から7の何れか1項に記載の方法。 - 水洗工程(4)において、前記反応炉で生成されたアンモニウムがアンモニウム塩として前記合成ガスから除去され、前記アンモニウム塩が結晶化工程に置かれる請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記合成ガスが洗浄の前に、質量に基づく分離に供される請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記オイルには、その分子が平均15〜50個の炭素原子を有するオイルが含まれる請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記オイルの凝縮中のガスの温度が、これらの条件下で水の露点よりも高い請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程(4)の後に、前記合成ガスが、冷却による分離処理に供せられ、一酸化炭素、水素、二酸化炭素、CH4、C2H2、C2H4、C2H6、C3H8、窒素、アルゴン、ヘリウム、ベンゼン、トルエンおよびキシレンから成る群から選択される少なくとも1つの化合物が得られる、請求項1から12の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- バイオマスをガス化するためのシステムであって、
(A)前記バイオマスを600〜1300℃においてガス化するための反応炉であって、前記反応炉がバイオマスおよびガス化媒体の供給部と合成ガスの排出部を備えたものと、
(B)合成ガスからタールを除去するための洗浄装置と
を備えたシステムにおいて、
前記洗浄装置が、
(1)前記合成ガスをオイルで完全に飽和させるか又は過飽和させるための飽和装置と、
(2)前記飽和装置から出た、タールを含有するオイルを凝縮し、それを前記合成ガスから分離するための凝縮装置と、
(3)前記凝縮装置から出た前記合成ガスをオイルと接触させるための手段を備えた吸収装置と、
(4)前記吸収装置から出た前記合成ガスを水洗し、且つ前記ガスから水を凝縮させるための水洗装置と
(5)前記吸収装置から出た、タールを含有するオイルをオイルとタールへと分離するための分離装置と、
を含み、
前記吸収装置が、ガスの低位流入口と、ガスの高位流出口と、タールを含有するオイルの排出部を含み、
前記吸収装置が、水が凝縮しないように設計される
ことを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記飽和装置の上流に接続された遠心分離装置を備える請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記飽和装置の上流に接続されたダストフィルターを備える請求項14または15のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記飽和装置の上流に接続されたガス冷却器を備える請求項14から16のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
