Description
Claims (17)
- 切削装置であって、
長手方向軸、第1の端部(126)および第2の端部(132)を備えるフレーム(128)と、
前記フレーム(128)の前記第1の端部(126)によって支持されている駆動システム(134)と、
前記フレーム(128)の前記第2の端部(132)で支持されている作動装置(156;158、160)と、
前記作動装置(156)に作動可能に連結され、前記作動装置(156)の作動によって、前記フレーム(128)の第1の側面(138)から移動可能な切削部材(136)と、
前記フレーム(128)に対して前記切削部材(136)を延出させ、引き込む片持ちばね(151)と、
前記切削部材(136)の作動を駆動するために、前記駆動システム(134)から前記切削部材(136)へ駆動力を伝達する手段(88,96、94)と、
前記フレーム(128)に連結される安定化部材(144)であって、前記安定化部材(144)は、切削される物体(26)の外表面に係合するようにされて、前記作動装置(156)が作動し前記切削部材(136)が移動している間、前記装置を前記物体(26)に固定する、安定化部材(144)と、を備え、
延出可能な前記切削部材(136)を延出させ、引き込む前記片持ちばね(151)が、第1の端部(126)で前記フレーム(128)に連結され、第2の端部(132)で延出可能な前記切削部材(136)に連結され、
前記作動装置(156)が、前記切削部材(136)に作動可能に連結された作動部材(160)を備え、
前記作動装置(156)がシリンダ(158)を備え、前記作動部材(160)が、前記シリンダ(158)に作動可能に係合するピストン(160)(160)を備える、切削装置。 - 請求項1に記載の切削装置であって、前記安定化部材(144)が、前記フレーム(128)の周りに配設されたハウジング(148)を備える、切削装置。
- 請求項1に記載の切削装置であって、前記安定化部材(144)が、前記切削部材(136)の作動中、前記装置を安定化させるために、前記フレーム(128)から延出可能な可動部材を備える、切削装置。
- 請求項1に記載の切削装置であって、前記切削部材(136)が、前記フレーム(128)の前記第1の側面(138)から延出可能である、切削装置。
- 請求項1に記載の切削装置であって、前記作動装置(156)がソレノイドを備える、切削装置。
- 請求項1に記載の切削装置であって、前記作動装置(156)が、前記フレーム(128)の前記第2の端部(132)に近接して配設されたボールスクリューを備える、切削装置。
- 請求項1に記載の切削装置であって、前記作動装置(156)が、前記フレーム(128)の前記第2の端部(132)に近接して配設された動力ねじを備える、切削装置。
- 請求項1に記載の切削装置であって、前記切削部材(136)が、前記フレーム(128)の前記第2の端部(132)に近接して配設されている、切削装置。
- 請求項1に記載の切削装置であって、動力投入装置(92)をさらに備え、前記駆動システム(134)が、前記動力投入装置(92)から投入動力を受け取るようになされている、切削装置。
- 物体(26)の外側から接近可能な開口(36)を有する物体(26)の内壁に皿ぐり(112)を切削するための装置であって、
長手方向軸、第1の端部(126)および第2の端部(132)を有するフレーム(128)と、
前記フレーム(128)の前記第1の端部(126)によって支持されている駆動システム(134)と、
前記フレーム(128)の前記第2の端部(132)で支持されている作動装置(156;158、160)と、
前記フレーム(128)によって支持され、前記作動装置(156)の作動によって、前記フレーム(128)の第1の側面(138)に対して移動可能な切削部材(136)と、
前記フレーム(128)に対して前記切削部材(136)を延出させ、引き込む片持ちばね(151)と、
前記延出可能な切削部材(136)の作動を駆動するために、前記駆動システム(134)から前記切削部材(136)へ駆動力を伝達する手段(88,96、94)と、
前記フレーム(128)上に支持された前記切削部材(136)の作動中、前記物体(26)の外面と係合することにより、前記物体(26)の前記開口(36)内で前記装置を安定させる手段(144)と、を備え、
前記切削部材(136)を延出させ、引き込む前記片持ちばね(151)が、前記フレーム(128)および前記切削部材(136)の両方に連結され、
前記作動装置(156)が、前記切削部材(136)に作動可能に連結された作動部材(160)を備え、
前記作動装置(156)がシリンダ(158)を備え、前記作動部材(160)が、前記シリンダ(158)に作動可能に係合するピストン(160)を備える、装置。 - 請求項2410に記載の装置であって、安定化のための前記手段(144)が、前記フレーム(128)の周りに配設されたハウジング(148)を備える、装置。
- 請求項10に記載の装置であって、前記切削部材(136)が、前記フレーム(128)から延出可能である、装置。
- 請求項10に記載の装置であって、前記作動装置(156)がソレノイドを備える、装置。
- 請求項10に記載の装置であって、前記作動装置(156)が、前記フレーム(128)の前記第2の端部(132)に近接して配設されたボールスクリューを備える、装置。
- 請求項10に記載の装置であって、前記作動装置(156)が、前記フレーム(128)の前記第2の端部(132)に近接して配設された動力ねじを備える、装置。
- 請求項10に記載の装置であって、前記切削部材(136)が、前記フレーム(128)の前記第2の端部(132)に近接して配設されている、装置。
- 請求項10に記載の装置であって、前記駆動システム(134)が、動力投入装置(92)から投入動力を受け取る手段を備える、装置。
