Claims (6)
- 2つのピストン(3、4)を内蔵するシリンダ(2、2.3、2.4)を備え、2つのピストン(3、4)が共通する幾何学的な軸線(A)に沿ってシリンダ(2、2.3、2.4)内で移動可能であり、第一ピストン(3)がクロスフロー2ストロークエンジンにおけるピストンとして作用し、少なくともシリンダシェル壁(7)の入口側(I)の入口開口部(5、6)を及びシリンダシェル壁(7)の対向する出口側(O)の出口開口部(8)を開閉するようにされ、また、開口部(5、6、8)が閉じられる際、ブレーカー機(1)の作動ピストンとして作用し、且つ、クロスフロー2ストロークエンジンの動作中、第二ピストン(4)に接続されたプッシュロッド(9)を往復運動させる第二ピストン(4)に対して、入口開口部/複数の開口部(5、6)を介して吸気される点火可能な空気/燃料混合物を圧縮するようにした燃料駆動型ブレーカー機(1)において、
第一ピストン(3)が、第二ピストン(4)のクラウン(10)に相応して形成されたクラウン(11)を有し、
前記クラウン(11)が前記入口側(I)に凹部(12)を備え、第一ピストン(3)が上死点位置にあるとき、前記凹部(12)が、入口側(I)のシリンダシェル壁(7)を介して点火プラグ(16)が内部に突出する燃焼室として機能し、また、第一ピストン(3)が下死点位置にあるとき、前記凹部(12)が、入口開口部/複数の開口部(5、6)によって内部と連通する入口室として機能するように構成されていることを特徴とするブレーカー機(1)。 - 凹部(12)が平面状の底部(13)及び壁部(14)を備え、前記壁部(14)が底部(13)からピストンクラウン(11)に向かって伸びることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブレーカー機(1)。
- 壁部(14)が曲線的に変化する部分(15)を介して底部(13)に接続され、前記幾何学的な軸線(A)と平行して弓形の様態で入口側(I)に向かって広がることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のブレーカー機(1)。
- 濃い空気/燃料混合物のための中央入口開口部(5)が入口側(I)に設けられ、中央入口開口部(5)の両側に希薄な空気/燃料混合物或いは新しい空気のための二次的な入口開口部(6)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載のブレーカー機(1)。
- 二次的な入口開口部(6)が壁部(14)とシリンダシェル壁(7)とが相接するところで連通することを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載のブレーカー機(1)。
- 第一ピストン(3)のクラウン(11)が凸状であり、第二ピストン(4)のクラウン(10)が相対して凹状であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載のブレーカー機(1)。
