Claims (8)
- 少なくとも1つのエンクロージャがその中に画定された圧力容器と、
前記圧力容器内に配置された、複数の部材を備えたヨークであって、前記部材の各々が少なくとも1つの整合表面を備え、前記部材が前記整合表面に沿って取外し可能に一体に結合されたヨークと、
前記ヨーク内に配置された、複数のスロットを画定する複数の歯であって、隣接する歯がそれらの間にスロットを画定する複数の歯と
を備え、
前記少なくとも1つのエンクロージャが、両端がフレア形状の少なくとも1つの壁を備え、
前記少なくとも1つのエンクロージャの外側を、第1の流体が流れるように構成され、
前記少なくとも1つのエンクロージャが、その中に第2の流体を維持するように構成され、
前記少なくとも1つの壁が、前記第2の流体から前記第1の流体を分離する、
電気機械のための固定子アセンブリ。 - 前記少なくとも1つのエンクロージャの少なくとも1つの壁が、第1の部材と前記第1の部材から延びる前記フレア形状の第2の部材を備え、かつ、少なくとも1つの固定子末端巻線を支持するように構成される、請求項1に記載の固定子アセンブリ。
- 前記少なくとも1つのエンクロージャの第1の部材が、
実質的に円筒状のアセンブリと、
複数の表面を画定する複数の突出部を備えた多角形アセンブリ
のうちの少なくとも一方を備えた、請求項2に記載の固定子アセンブリ。 - 前記第1の部材が、
個々の表面が前記複数のスロットのうちの対応するスロットの実質的に中心に位置している複数の表面と、
個々の表面が前記複数の歯のうちの対応する歯の実質的に中心に位置している複数の表面と、
前記複数の歯および前記複数のスロットの各々の実質的に中心に位置している複数の表面
のうちの少なくとも1つを備えた、請求項2に記載の固定子アセンブリ。 - 前記第1の部材の少なくとも一部が前記複数のスロットの少なくとも一部の中に展開し、前記複数の歯の少なくとも一部が前記第1の部材の少なくとも一部の中に延びる、請求項2に記載の固定子アセンブリ。
- 前記圧力容器が、前記圧力容器の半径方向の外部表面から外側に向かって延びる少なくとも1つの突出部を備え、前記少なくとも1つの突出部が、前記ヨークおよび少なくとも1つの固定子アセンブリ末端巻線からの熱の伝達を容易にしている、請求項1に記載の固定子アセンブリ。
- 前記圧力容器、前記ヨークおよび前記複数の歯が、前記複数の歯の少なくとも一部と前記ヨークの少なくとも一部の間の締りばめ、および前記複数の歯の少なくとも一部と前記エンクロージャの少なくとも一部の間の締りばめが容易になるように結合された、請求項1に記載の固定子アセンブリ。
- 少なくとも1つの回転可能軸を備えた流体輸送アセンブリと、
回転子アセンブリおよび固定子アセンブリを備えた駆動電動機であって、前記固定子アセンブリが、圧力容器、ヨークおよび複数の歯を備え、前記圧力容器が、その中に画定された少なくとも1つのエンクロージャを備え、前記ヨークが複数の部材を備え、前記部材の各々が少なくとも1つの整合表面を備え、前記部材が前記整合表面に沿って取外し可能に一体に結合され、前記ヨークが前記圧力容器の中に配置され、前記複数の歯が複数のスロットを画定し、隣接する歯がそれらの間にスロットを画定し、前記複数の歯が前記ヨークの中に配置され、前記回転子が前記固定子アセンブリに磁気結合され、前記駆動電動機の回転子アセンブリが、前記流体輸送アセンブリの少なくとも1つの回転可能軸に回転可能に結合された駆動電動機と
を備え、
前記少なくとも1つのエンクロージャが、両端がフレア部分の少なくとも1つの壁を備え、
前記少なくとも1つのエンクロージャの外側を、第1の流体が流れるように構成され、
前記少なくとも1つのエンクロージャが、その中に第2の流体を維持するように構成され、
前記少なくとも1つの壁が、前記第2の流体から前記第1の流体を分離する、
流体輸送ステーション。
