Claims (10)
- 外側周囲にスロット(16)が設けられたディスク(11)と、前記ディスクに取り付けられた、そのようなスロットに係合され保持されたブレード根元部(20)をそれぞれが有するブレード(14)と、前記スロットの開口端部(16a)と一致する、前記ディスクの上流側に固定された環状軸方向保持板(26)とを備えるロータであって、前記ディスクと前記保持板とは前記開口端部(16a)の径方向外側に延びる外側円周インターロック(34、48)を画定するような形状であること、内側円周インターロック(44、50)は前記開口端部の径方向内側に延びることと、
前記保持板が、2連の歯(48、50)を有し、前記2連の歯(48、50)が、前記スロットの前記開口端部に面するように配置された環状ウェブ(46)の外側周囲と内側周囲とにそれぞれ円周分配され、前記2連の歯が、それぞれ前記外側円周インターロックの一部および前記内側円周インターロックの一部を形成することとを特徴とする、ロータ。 - 前記ディスクが、前記スロット同士の間に、前記開口端部に対して上流側方向外側に突出する前記外側円周インターロックの歯(34)を含むこと、前記歯に溝(36)が形成され、前記溝は歯の内側面に開いていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のロータ。
- 前記ディスクが、環状フランジ(40)を含み、前記環状フランジ(40)が、前記開口端部に対して上流側方向内側に突出し、前記環状フランジ(40)が、前記内側円周インターロックの一部を形成する、周囲に分配される歯(44)を画定するように刻み目が付けられたことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のロータ。
- 前記保持板(26)が、上流フランジ(54)を含み、前記上流フランジ(54)が、径方向外向きに延び、前記ディスクの前記環状フランジに隣接し、かつ前記環状フランジに固定されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のロータ。
- 前記環状ウェブ(46)が変形可能であること、軸方向の隙間(J)が、前記インターロックの協働する歯(34、48)同士の間に組み立てで画定されて、前記協働する歯が接触する前に前記ウェブが変形するのを可能にすることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のロータ。
- 前記軸方向の隙間(J)が、前記外側インターロックの協働する歯同士の間に画定されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のロータ。
- 前記外側インターロックと内側インターロックとの協働する歯が円周方向に偏位されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のロータ。
- 各ブレード根元部と対応するスロットの底部との間に弾性変形可能なスペーサ(22)が挿入されることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のロータ。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のロータを備えることを特徴とする、航空機ターボジェットファン。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のロータを有するファンを含むことを特徴とする、航空機ターボジェット。
