Claims (6)
- インペラと、インペラに空気を供給する入口と、を備える圧縮機であって、
前記インペラは、空気を圧縮し、この空気を出口へと導き、
圧縮機は、さらに、
インペラの下流に位置するとともに、複数の枢動ベーンを備える可変のディフーザと、
複数の枢動ベーンを枢動させる駆動機構と、
を備え、
駆動機構は、ピニオンギアを回転させる電機モータを備え、
ピニオンギアの歯は、ラック部の歯と係合し、
ラック部は、ピニオンギアの半径方向外側に位置し、複数の枢動ベーンの上流側に位置するリングを支持し、該リングは、複数の枢動ベーンと係合するピンを支持し、
ピニオンギアが回転することによって、ラック部及びラック部に支持されるリングが回転してピンが回転し、このピンの回転により、複数の枢動ベーンが枢動して、インペラの下流に位置する流路断面積が変化し、
インペラは、空気ベアリングに取付けられることを特徴とする圧縮機。 - ラック部は、湾曲したラック部であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧縮機。
- インペラと、インペラに空気を供給する入口と、を備える航空機であって、
前記インペラは、空気を圧縮し、この空気を出口へと導き、
航空機は、さらに、
インペラの下流に位置するとともに、複数の枢動ベーンを備える可変ディフーザと、
複数の枢動ベーンを枢動させる駆動機構と、
を備え、
駆動機構は、ピニオンギアを回転させる電機モータを備え、
ピニオンギアの歯は、ラック部の歯と係合し、
ラック部は、ピニオンギアの半径方向外側に位置し、複数の枢動ベーンの上流に位置するリングを支持し、該リングは、複数の枢動ベーンと係合するピンを支持し、
ピニオンギアが回転することによって、ラック部及びラック部に支持されるリングが回転してピンが回転し、このピンの回転により、複数の枢動ベーンが枢動して、インペラの下流に位置する流路断面積が変化し、
インペラは、空気ベアリングに取付けられることを特徴とする航空機。 - ラック部は、湾曲したラック部であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の航空機。
- ピニオンギアは、モータにより駆動され、該モータ及び枢動ベーンはピニオンギアの対向する側においてそれぞれ位置し、ラック部は、湾曲したラック部であり、ラック部はリングを駆動し、このリングは、複数の枢動ベーンを枢動させるピン支持し、ピンは、ピニオンギアの半径方向外側に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧縮機。
- ピニオンギアは、モータにより駆動され、該モータ及び枢動ベーンはピニオンギアの対向する側においてそれぞれ位置し、ラック部は、湾曲したラック部であり、ラック部はリングを駆動し、このリングは、複数の枢動ベーンを枢動させるピン支持し、ピンは、ピニオンギアの半径方向外側に位置することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の航空機。
