Claims (9)
- 電気化学的貯蔵源を含むマイクロ部品であって、接触面(3)を持つ第1の基板(1,21,41)と接触面(13)を持つ第2の基板(10,20,50)とを含み、少なくとも1つのキャビティ(5、25、55)が前記接触面から基板の少なくとも1つに形成され、前記2つの基板(1,10)がシール手段によって前記接触面(3,13)で一体化され、それによって前記キャビティがシールされ、電気化学的貯蔵源を収容し、前記電気化学的貯蔵源は、電池またはスーパーキャパシター電極を構成し第1の基板(1,21,41)と一体化された第1の電極(8,28,48)と、電池またはスーパーキャパシター電極を構成し第2の基板(10,20,50)と一体化された第2の電極(16,26,56)とを含み、さらに前記キャビティ(5、25、55)が液体の電解質で満たされ、そして前記マイクロ部品は電気化学的貯蔵源と外部環境との間に電気的接続を提供することを特徴とするマイクロ部品。
- エネルギー回復デバイス(14,24,54)と、前記エネルギー回復デバイスを前記電気化学的貯蔵源に電気的に接続する手段と、をも含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマイクロ部品。
- 電気化学的貯蔵源と外部環境との間の電気的接続のための手段を制御することを可能にする集積回路(2,22,42)をも含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のマイクロ部品。
- 前記電気的接続は、前記基板の少なくとも1つを貫通する電気的接続(4,11,31,34,44,51)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のマイクロ部品。
- 前記電気的接続は基板外側でのワイヤー接続(32、33、53、62)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のマイクロ部品。
- シール手段は、2つの基板(1、10)の間に置かれ前記2つの基板の間の電気的接続を可能にする導電性の異方性膜(18)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のマイクロ部品。
- 化学的保護手段(7,15)が電極と一体化された基板との間に置かれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマイクロ部品。
- 基板のうち少なくとも1つが半導体材料から作られることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のマイクロ部品。
- 前記半導体材料はシリコンであることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のマイクロ部品。
