Claims (1)
- 火炎を形成して被加工材を加熱しつつ目的の作業を行う火口を装着する器頭部と、燃料ガスの供給部と、燃料ガスの流量を調整する燃料ガス調整部材と、酸素ガスの供給部と、酸素ガスの流量を調整する酸素ガス調整部材を有し酸素ガスの流量を調整しつつ燃料ガスとの混合ガスを形成するガス混合部と、前記ガス混合部と燃料ガス調整部材との間に形成された燃料ガス通路と、前記ガス混合部と酸素ガス供給部との間に形成された酸素ガス通路と、前記器頭部とガス混合部との間に形成された混合ガス通路と、を有するトーチに於いて、
前記燃料ガス通路及び酸素ガス通路の互いに接近した位置であって夫々の通路を横断する方向に、弁座を境界として一方側に弁室を設けると共に他方側にステム室を設け、前記弁室には弁座に対し離隔又は接近する弁体と該弁体を弁座方向に付勢する付勢部材を収容すると共に対応する燃料ガス通路又は酸素ガス通路を開口させ、前記ステム室には一端が弁体と係合し他端がトーチの外部に露出したステムを移動可能に配置すると共に対応する燃料ガス通路又は酸素ガス通路を開口させ、更に、前記トーチに対して回動可能に構成され前記トーチの外部に露出した燃料ガス通路に配置された燃料ガス用ステム及び酸素ガス通路に配置された酸素ガス用ステムと係合するダイヤルを有し、
前記ダイヤルには、第1段階の回動に伴って燃料ガス用ステムを介して弁体を弁座から離隔させる斜面と、第1段階の回動を行ったとき前記燃料ガス用ステムと係合する第1係合溝と、前記第1段階の回動に続く第2段階の回動に伴って酸素ガス用ステムを介して弁体を弁座から離隔させる斜面と、が形成されており、
前記ダイヤルの回動に応じて前記各ステムを介して各弁体を弁座から離隔又は当接させて弁室とステム室とを導通し又は遮断することで燃料ガス通路及び酸素ガス通路を連通又は遮断すると共に、燃料ガス用ステムが前記第1係合溝と係合することで衝撃を生じるように構成したことを特徴とするトーチ。
