Claims (2)
- プラズマ切断トーチから被切断材に向けてプラズマアークを噴射しつつ該プラズマ切断トーチを移動させて被切断材を切断するプラズマ切断方法であって、
プラズマ切断トーチによって既に被切断材に形成されている切溝の近傍に、新たに形成された直後の切溝の対向する部位同士を、又はプラズマ切断トーチによって被切断材に形成され切断方向を変更して切断した直後の切溝の対向する部位同士を、磁性体を介して接続することを特徴とするプラズマ切断方法。 - プラズマ切断トーチから被切断材に向けてプラズマアークを噴射しつつ該プラズマ切断トーチを移動させて被切断材を切断するプラズマ切断装置であって、
プラズマ切断トーチと、前記プラズマ切断トーチに対し電気的に絶縁された磁性体と、を有し、
前記磁性体は、前記プラズマ切断トーチを中心とする円周上に配置され、又は前記プラズマ切断トーチを中心とする円周上を回動可能に構成されており、前記プラズマ切断トーチによって被切断材に切溝を形成した直後に、前記磁性体が前記切溝の対向する部位同士を接続することを特徴とするプラズマ切断装置。
