Abstract
【解決手段】プラズマトーチ10から被切断材Aに向けてプラズマアークを噴射しつつ該プラズマトーチを移動させて被切断材を切断するプラズマ切断方法であって、プラズマトーチ10によって被切断材Aに形成された切溝4の対向する部位(切断面4a、4b、上表面5a、5b)を磁性体6〜8を介して接続する。これにより、磁極としての機能を有する切溝4の対向する部位を短絡して閉ループ化する。

- プラズマ切断トーチから被切断材に向けてプラズマアークを噴射しつつ該プラズマ切断トーチを移動させて被切断材を切断するプラズマ切断方法であって、プラズマ切断トーチによって被切断材に形成された切溝の対向する部位を磁性体を介して接続することを特徴とするプラズマ切断方法。
- プラズマ切断トーチから被切断材に向けてプラズマアークを噴射しつつ該プラズマ切断トーチを移動させて被切断材を切断するプラズマ切断装置であって、プラズマ切断トーチに後続させて、プラズマ切断トーチによって被切断材に形成された切溝の対向する部位を接続する磁性体を配置したことを特徴とするプラズマ切断装置。
