Claims (8)
- 弓状断面のノーズ部(26)を有する環状カウリング構造(12)を備えたタービンエンジン用の熱伝達システムであって、
少なくともその一部が前記カウリング構造(12)の内面(10)と接触して配置された複数のヒートパイプ(28)を含み、
前記複数のヒートパイプのそれぞれは、前記環状カウリング構造(12)内に配置された外周方向に延在する前部(32)と、外周方向に延在する後部(30)と、前記前部(32)と前記後部(30)を互いに連結する遷移部(33)とを備え、
前記後部と前記遷移部は断熱材で覆われ、前記前部は非断熱であり、
前記複数のヒートパイプ(28)のそれぞれの前記前部は、振動から前記ヒートパイプ(28)を隔離するダンピング部材を含む装着構造によって固定されており、
前記ヒートパイプ(28)は、熱源に熱的に連結され、前記熱源からの熱が前記ヒートパイプ(28)を通じて前記カウリング構造(12)に伝達できることを特徴とするタービンエンジン用の熱伝達システム。 - 前記カウリング構造(12)は、
環状ケーシング(22)、及び
前記ケーシング(22)の前端部に配置されて前記ケーシング(22)と協動してスプリッタノーズ(26)を形成する弓状断面形状を有する分割リップ(24)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタービンエンジン用の熱伝達システム。 - 前記装着構造は、前記スプリッタノーズに取り付けられて前記スプリッタノーズの内面(10)に前記ヒートパイプ(28)を固定する少なくとも一つのブラケット(48)を備えており、前記ブラケット(48)は、前記ヒートパイプ(28)と接触する前記ダンピング部材を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のタービンエンジン用の熱伝達システム。
- 前記カウリング構造(12)の内面(10)とヒートパイプ(28)との間に配置された熱伝導性ペーストをさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタービンエンジン用の熱伝達システム。
- 複数のヒートパイプ(28)が、前記カウリング構造(12)の内側と接触して配置されており、それぞれのヒートパイプ(28)は、前記熱源と熱的に連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタービンエンジン用の熱伝達システム。
- 前記少なくとも一つのヒートパイプ(28)は、
前記熱源に連結された第1端部と、
前記ヒートパイプ(28)の遠心端に配置されている非断熱部と、
前記第1端部と前記非断熱部との間に配置されている断熱部とを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタービンエンジン用の熱伝達システム。 - 前記熱伝達システムは、前記カウリング構造(12)上の氷形成防止及び前記カウリング構造(12)上に形成された除氷の中で少なくとも一つを促進させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタービンエンジン用の熱伝達システム。
- 前記熱源は、前記タービンエンジンからのエンジンオイルであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタービンエンジン用の熱伝達システム。
