・組成物の調製(この試験はヘキソーゲンに直接に行なうのではない)および火工品(pyrotechnic objects)の生成、
・高い経費、
・この方法を実施するのに要する大量の物質、約3〜5kg(この試験は破壊的である故になおさらそうである)、および
・特性解析の時間。
−前記の結晶性ヘキソーゲンのマトリックス中への配合;
−前記の結晶性ヘキソーゲンを充填した前記のマトリックスの試料の示差走査熱量測定法による分析;を含み、
前記のマトリックスは、ニトロ有機爆発物を充填されたエネルギー物質用のバインダーの配合に適切な少なくとも1種の液状ポリマー;および分析の操作温度において安定であり、また水に低い親和性を有する吸収剤であって、揮発性有機化合物の吸収剤の少なくとも1種、から本質的になっている。
−一方で、ニトロ有機爆発物を充填されたエネルギー物質用のバインダーの配合に適切な少なくとも1種の液状ポリマー(この種の物質はヘキソーゲン(ニトロ有機爆発物)と明らかに相溶性があり、これは合成爆発物用のバインダー用の配合中にプレポリマーとして従来から用いられている)、および
−他方で、揮発性有機化合物(VOC)用の少なくとも1種の吸収剤(これはこの分析の操作温度(少なくとも230℃以下、更に400℃以上であっても)において安定であり、またこれは水に低い親和性を有している)、
から本質的になるマトリックス中に、結晶性ヘキソーゲン(その高感度もしくは低感度の性質を測定することが望まれる)を含む試料に対して特徴的な方法で用いられる。多孔質ポリマー型(大きな比表面積を有している)のこのようなVOC吸収剤は、ガス相クロマトグラフィーカラム中の固定相として、とりわけ一般的に用いられている。
−該方法はヘキソーゲン自体に実施され(マトリックス中の、しかしながら爆発性組成物中(DAI試験を参照)ではない);
−対象とする分析法(DSC)は迅速で、また運転費用が安く;
−前記の分析法およびそれを実施する手段は知られており;
−前記の技術は、その実施のために、少量の製品しか必要としない(約50mgのRDX)。
35質量%〜65質量%の前記の結晶性ヘキソーゲン、
25質量%〜50質量%の前記の少なくとも1種の液状ポリマー、および
5質量%〜20質量%の前記の少なくとも1種の吸収剤、
を含んでいる。
46質量%〜59質量%の前記の結晶性ヘキソーゲン、
31質量%〜43質量%の前記の少なくとも1種の液状ポリマー、および
8質量%〜14質量%の前記の少なくとも1種の吸収剤、
を含んでいる。
−揮発性化合物の吸収剤であること、
−分析(DSC)の操作温度において安定であること、および
−水に低い親和性を有すること。
−2000〜3000g/モルの範囲の分子量を備えたヒドロキシテレキーレックポリブタジエン、および
−0.5〜1×106g/モルの範囲の分子量を備えた、2,6−ジフェニル−p−フェニレンオキシド単位を含むポリフェニレンオキシドを主成分とする多孔質ポリマー、から本質的になるマトリックス中への配合を含んでいる。
−第1は、分解ピークの形状中にある:DSCは細い発熱ピークを与え、低感度ヘキソーゲン(I−RDX(登録商標))ではそのピーク幅は通常は1℃未満であり、一方で広幅の発熱ピークを与え、高感度もしくは標準のヘキソーゲンではそのピーク幅は通常は5℃超である。用語「ピーク幅」は半値幅を意味している。
−第2は、試料の測定された分解温度にある:DSC分析の結果は、高感度(標準)ヘキソーゲンでは、218℃に分解ピークの最大点をもたらし、また低感度ヘキソーゲンでは、226℃に分解ピークの最大点をもたらした。本明細書および添付の特許請求の範囲では、これらの218℃および226℃の値は、物質の各バッチに対して実施された測定の数に関連付けられる標準偏差に適合する平均値として理解されるべきである。このように、本発明者らは、一連の20回の測定で、それぞれ2.9(温度218℃について)および1.4(温度226℃について)の標準偏差を求めた。低感度ヘキソーゲンの場合には、分解は自己触媒的であり、また試料の温度の急速な上昇に反映されている。
−低感度ヘキソーゲンでは細い発熱;
−高感度ヘキソーゲン(標準)では幅広の発熱;
および/または分解ピークの最大点の温度:
−低感度ヘキソーゲンでは226℃、
−高感度ヘキソーゲン(標準)では218℃、
の検討を含んでいる。
ニトロ有機爆発物を充填されたエネルギー物質用のバインダーの配合に適切な少なくとも1種の液状ポリマー;および
少なくとも230℃以下で安定であり、また水に低い親和性を有する吸収剤であって、揮発性有機化合物用の少なくとも1種の吸収剤、から本質的になるマトリックス中に配合された結晶性ヘキソーゲンに関する。

液状ポリマー:35mg±5mg
吸収剤:10mg±2mg
−粒径:60/80メッシュ

Claims (11)
- 結晶性ヘキソーゲンの高感度もしくは低感度の性質を測定する方法であって、
−前記の結晶性ヘキソーゲンのマトリックス中への配合;
−前記の結晶性ヘキソーゲンを充填した前記のマトリックスの試料の示差走査熱量測定法による分析;を含み、
前記のマトリックスは、ニトロ有機爆発物を充填されたエネルギー物質用のバインダーの配合に適切な少なくとも1種の液状ポリマー;および該分析の操作温度において安定であり、また水に低い親和性を有する吸収剤であって、揮発性有機化合物の吸収剤の少なくとも1種、から本質的になっている、方法。 - 前記の充填されたマトリックスが35質量%〜65質量%の前記の結晶性ヘキソーゲンを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記の充填されたマトリックスが、
35質量%〜65質量%の前記の結晶性ヘキソーゲン、
25質量%〜50質量%の前記の少なくとも1種の液状ポリマー、および
5質量%〜20質量%の前記の少なくとも1種の吸収剤、
を含んでおり、有利には、前記の充填されたマトリックスは、
46質量%〜59質量%の前記の結晶性ヘキソーゲン、
31質量%〜43質量%の前記の少なくとも1種の液状ポリマー、および
8質量%〜14質量%の前記の少なくとも1種の吸収剤、
を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の方法。 - 少なくとも1種の液状ポリマーが、ポリエチレングリコール、ポリオキシプロピレングリコール、ポリエステルおよびヒドロキシル末端基を含むポリエーテルから選ばれることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記の少なくとも1種の液状ポリマーがヒドロキシテレキーレックポリブタジエンであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記の少なくとも1種の吸収剤が、2,6−ジフェニル−p−フェニレンオキシド単位を含むポリフェニレンオキシドを主成分とする多孔質ポリマーであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記の少なくとも1種の液状ポリマーが、2000〜3000g/モルの範囲の分子量を有しており、また前記の少なくとも1種の吸収剤が、2,6−ジフェニル−p−フェニレンオキシド単位を含むポリフェニレンオキシドを主成分とし、また0.5〜1×106g/モルの範囲の分子量を有している多孔質ポリマーであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記の分析が、温度記録図の作成および検討、より好ましくは、
−低感度ヘキソーゲンでは細い発熱;
−高感度ヘキソーゲンでは幅広の発熱;である分解ピークの形状の検討を含み、および/または
−低感度ヘキソーゲンでは226℃、
−高感度ヘキソーゲンでは218℃、である分解ピークの最大点の温度の検討を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 前記の分析が、温度記録図の作成および、高感度もしくは低感度の性質の知られた結晶性ヘキソーゲンについて確立されている少なくとも1つの対照の温度記録図との比較を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- ニトロ有機爆発物を充填されたエネルギー物質用のバインダーを配合するのに適切な少なくとも1種の液状ポリマー;および少なくとも230℃以下で安定であり、また水に低い親和性を有している吸収剤であって、揮発性有機化合物の吸収剤の少なくとも1種、から本質的になるマトリックス中に配合された結晶性ヘキソーゲン。
- 前記の配合マトリックスが、請求項2〜7のいずれか1項に記載した特徴の少なくとも1つを有する、請求項10記載のヘキソーゲン。
