Claims (16)
- a)反対側にある近位端部および遠位端部を備えた伸長本体を有するアクセス・ポートであって、前記本体の中に中心管腔が延在し、かつ前記本体の前記近位端部と前記遠位端部との間に弾性球状部が形成され、前記弾性球状部が、第1径および第1長さを有する第1状態と、前記第1径より小さい第2径および前記第1長さより大きい第2長さを有する第2状態との間で遷移するように適合され、かつ構成される、アクセス・ポートと、
b)前記アクセス・ポート本体の前記中心管腔内に配置された入れ子式ガイド・チューブ・アセンブリであって、前記球状部の前記第1状態に対応する第1長さと、前記球状部の前記第2状態に対応する第2長さとの間で遷移するように適合され、かつ構成され、i)前記アクセス・ポート本体の前記中心管腔内に挿入装置の通路を共同して画定する近位管部および遠位管部を具備し、ii)前記近位管部および遠位管部の各々が近位端部および遠位端部を有し、iii)前記球状部が前記第1状態にあるとき前記近位管部および遠位管部の前記近位端部および遠位端部とが近接して配置され、iv)前記球状部が前記第2状態にあるとき前記遠位管部の前記近位端部と前記近位管部の前記遠位端部とが近接して配置されるガイド・チューブ・アセンブリと、
を具備する、外科用アクセス装置。 - 前記入れ子式ガイド・チューブ・アセンブリの前記近位管部および前記遠位管部によって画定された通路を通して前記アクセス・ポート本体の前記中心管腔内に延在するように適合され、かつ、前記球状部の前記第1状態から前記第2状態への前記遷移を容易にするように、前記ガイド・チューブ・アセンブリと解放可能に係合するように構成される、挿入装置を、さらに具備する、請求項1に記載の外科用アクセス装置。
- 前記ガイド・チューブ・アセンブリが、内部に、前記挿入装置に設けられた対応する係合リングと嵌合する係合リングを有する、請求項2に記載の外科用アクセス装置。
- 前記挿入装置が、ハンドル・アセンブリと、前記ハンドル・アセンブリから遠位方向に延在する伸長トロカール・シャフトとを有する、請求項2に記載の外科用アクセス装置。
- 前記アクセス・ポートが、前記アクセス・ポート本体の前記近位端部に関連するハウジング部を有し、前記ハウジング部が近位係合フランジを有する、請求項4記載の外科用アクセス装置。
- 前記挿入装置の前記ハンドル・アセンブリが、前記ハウジング部の前記係合フランジと解放可能に係合する手段を有する、請求項5に記載の外科用アクセス装置。
- 前記ハウジング部の前記係合フランジと解放可能に係合する前記手段が、前記アクセス・ポートの前記フランジと解放可能に係合する一対の対向する枢動掛止アームを有する、請求項6に記載の外科用アクセス装置。
- 前記ハンドル・アセンブリの前記枢動掛止アームが、掛止位置まで付勢される、請求項7に記載の外科用アクセス装置。
- 前記トロカール・シャフトが、少なくとも1つの光学窓を有する遠位組織貫通先端を有し、前記少なくとも1つの光学窓が、少なくとも2つの小面を有し、前記小面の各々が、光学レンズ領域を画定する、請求項4に記載の外科用アクセス装置。
- 前記ハンドル・アセンブリが、前記挿入装置の前記遠位組織貫通先端の前記光学レンズ領域と通信する腹腔鏡を受け入れる手段を有し、前記挿入装置の前記ハンドル・アセンブリが、前記挿入装置に対する腹腔鏡の位置を固定する手段を有し、前記挿入装置に対する腹腔鏡の位置を固定する前記手段が、腹腔鏡の外縁の周囲でエラストマー・ワッシャを圧縮する回転可能バレル・カムを有する、請求項9に記載の外科用アクセス装置。
- 前記アクセス・ポート本体が、複数の軸方向に隔置された環状保持リブを有し、前記複数の軸方向に隔置された環状保持リブが、水平棚および角度的に傾斜する上昇部を有する第1リブ構造と、略V字型断面を有する第2リブ構造とを含む、2つの異なるリブ構造を有する、請求項1に記載の外科用アクセス装置。
- 前記アクセス・ポート本体が、交互の軸方向に隔置された第1リブ構造および第2リブ構造を有する、請求項11に記載の外科用アクセス装置。
- 前記アクセス・ポートが、前記アクセス・ポート本体の前記近位端部に関連するハウジング部を有し、前記ハウジング部が、前記挿入装置と相互作用する封止部材を含む、請求項1に記載の外科用アクセス装置。
- 前記封止部材が、ダックビル・シール部および管状ワイパ・シール部を有する、請求項13に記載の外科用アクセス装置。
- 前記アクセス・ポートの前記近位ハウジング部が、送気ポートを有する、請求項13に記載の外科用アクセス装置。
- 前記送気ポートが、着脱可能キャップを有する、請求項15に記載の外科用アクセス装置。
