Description
本発明によるニオブ化合物を準備する工程、
場合により該ニオブ化合物を固体の酸性化合物および固体の炭酸塩と混合して、第一の混合物を得る工程、
該ニオブ化合物または該第一の混合物をダイへ移す工程、
ダイの中身をプレスして成形された物品を得る工程
を有する、本発明によるニオブ化合物の成形された物品を製造する方法にも関する。
例1:
水酸化ニオブ(241kg、ニオブ含有率:23.6%*)を、撹拌下に水30Lに添加した。引き続きシュウ酸(225kg)およびアンモニア水溶液(33l、NH3 25質量%)を添加した。アンモニアの添加により該溶液は40℃に昇温した。該溶液を一夜攪拌し、かつ次いで23℃に冷却し、所望のシュウ酸ニオブ錯体を溶液から沈殿させた。沈殿物を濾別し、かつ70℃で約20時間乾燥させて、粗製シュウ酸アンモニウムニオブ錯体213kgが得られた。水から再結晶させて、純粋な[NH4][Nb(O)(C2O4)2(H2O)2]×3H2O錯体が得られた。
水酸化ニオブ(254kg、ニオブ含有率:24.7%*)を、撹拌下に水34Lに添加した。引き続きシュウ酸(238.4kg)およびアンモニア水溶液(37l、NH3 25質量%)を添加した。アンモニアを添加した後、該溶液は61℃に加熱され、この温度で9時間攪拌した。その後、該溶液を24℃に冷却し、所望のシュウ酸ニオブ錯体を溶液から沈殿させた。沈殿物を濾別し、かつ78℃で約24時間乾燥させて、粗製シュウ酸アンモニウムニオブ錯体204kgが得られた。水から再結晶させると、純粋な[NH4][Nb(O)(C2O4)2(H2O)2]×3H2O錯体が得られた。
表に記載されている量のシュウ酸アンモニウムニオブ錯体を、P172タイプ(製造業者?、型?)の実験室用プレス中で、直径1cmを有する円柱形の形状を有するタブレットへとプレス成形した。厚さは表中にmmで記載されている。溶解度の試験のために、温度23℃を有する脱塩水100mlをすでに含有している250mlのビーカー中にそれぞれのタブレット5gを添加し、かつマグネチックスターラーにより、長さ3cmを有する攪拌棒の最大速度で攪拌した。清澄で完全に透明な溶液が得られ、固体の断片がなくなるまでの時間を測定した。比較例として、粉末状のシュウ酸アンモニウムニオブ錯体を同一の条件下で使用し、清澄で、固体を含有しない溶液が得られるまでの時間は240秒であった。
上記の表に記載されているそれぞれの大きさのタブレット20個を、40cmの高さから、机の上に自由に落下させた。タブレットは、破壊された材料の屑をいくつか示したにすぎなかった。
Claims (4)
- アンモニウム(ビスアクオオキソビスオキサラト)ニオベート(NH 4 )[Nb(O)(C 2 O 4 ) 2 (H 2 O) 2 ]およびその水和物の化合物を製造する方法であって、
水酸化ニオブとシュウ酸とを水中に溶解する工程、
アンモニアを添加する工程、
反応混合物を冷却する工程
を有する方法。 - 反応混合物中のニオブ濃度が、2モルNb/l未満である、請求項1記載の方法。
- 反応混合物が、35℃〜80℃の温度を有する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 反応混合物を、25℃以下の温度に冷却する、請求項1記載の方法。
