Description
該制御管理ユニットは、該弁手段に送信される電気信号を処理し、この弁手段が、圧力設定ポイントに等しい該第2圧力を発生させる目的で、該第1チャンバ内の圧力変動を生成し、この圧力変動により、ピストンを動かすことができる。
Claims (12)
- ピストン(18)が中に受けられる調整チャンバ手段(9)を備え、投与手段(6)に圧力調整された気体燃料を供給する気体燃料圧力調整器であって、前記調整チャンバ手段(9)内で、前記ピストン(18)の対向する部分によって第1チャンバ(10)および第2チャンバ(11)が画定され、前記第1チャンバ(10)および前記第2チャンバ(11)が、前記気体燃料の第1入り口(12)および第2入り口(13)をそれぞれ備え、前記第1入り口(12)および前記第2入り口(13)が、第1圧力(PIN)で第1環境(2)に接続され、前記第1チャンバ(10)および前記第2チャンバ(11)が、前記気体燃料の第1出口(14)および第2出口(15)をそれぞれ備え、前記第1出口(14)および前記第2出口(15)が、第2圧力(POUT)で第2環境(23)に接続され、前記ピストン(18)が、前記第2圧力(POUT)を調整する目的で前記第2出口(15)を開放/閉鎖するように、前記第1チャンバ(10)内の前記気体燃料の圧力の変動に応答して前記調整チャンバ手段(9)内で可動であり、前記第1チャンバ(10)内の前記気体燃料の圧力変動を誘発させるために、前記第1出口(14)を開放/閉鎖するための弁手段(26)を備え、前記弁手段はソレノイド弁(26)を備え、前記気体燃料圧力調整器はさらに、前記第2圧力(POUT)を測定するため、前記第2出口(15)の下流に位置する圧力センサー(5)を備え、制御管理ユニット(4)は、前記第2圧力(POUT)と圧力設定ポイント(PSET)を比較し、さらに前記第2圧力(POUT)と前記圧力設定ポイント(PSET)の間で検知された偏差と相関して、前記第2圧力(POUT)と前記圧力設定ポイント(PSET)を等しくするために、パルス幅変調方式によって前記ソレノイド弁(26)を制御する電気信号を処理することを特徴とする気体燃料圧力調整器。
- 前記ピストン(18)と前記調整チャンバ(9)の間に配置され、前記第1チャンバ(10)と前記第2チャンバ(11)の間を前記流体が通過することができるように構成された通路手段(100)を備える請求項1に記載の気体燃料圧力調整器。
- 前記ピストン(18)が、記第1チャンバ(10)および前記第2チャンバ(11)にそれぞれ面し、第1面(38)が、第2面(39)より幅が広い前記第1面(38)と、前記第2面(39)とを備える、請求項1または2に記載の気体燃料圧力調整器。
- 前記第1チャンバ(10)および前記第2チャンバ(11)が、第1容積が、第2容積より小さい前記第1容積と、前記第2容積とをそれぞれ画定する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の気体燃料圧力調整器。
- 前記第1出口(14)が、前記第1入り口(12)の第2直径(d2)より大きな第1直径(d1)を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の気体燃料圧力調整器。
- 前記第1出口(14)を前記第2出口(15)に接続するように構成された導管手段(24)を備える請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の気体燃料圧力調整器。
- 請求項6に記載され、前記第1出口(14)と前記導管手段(24)の間に配置され、前記弁手段(26)を受けるように構成された制御チャンバ手段(16)を備える気体燃料圧力調整器。
- 前記ピストン(8)を前記第2出口(15)に向けて押すために、前記第1チャンバ(10)内に配置された第1押下手段(25)を備える請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の気体燃料圧力調整器。
- 前記第1押下手段が、第1弾性要素(25)を備える、請求項8に記載の気体燃料圧力調整器。
- 前記弁手段(26)を前記第1出口(14)に向けて押すために第2押下手段(31)を備える請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の気体燃料圧力調整器。
- 前記第2押下手段が、第2弾性要素(31)を備える、請求項10に記載の気体燃料圧力調整器。
- 気体燃料供給システムにおける、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の気体燃料圧力調整器(3)の利用。
