Claims (6)
- 攪拌対象の液体を内部に保持し且つ上部が開口した液体保持部と、
前記液体保持部の内壁面沿いに螺旋状の下降気流を生成するためのノズルを有する気体射出部と、
を有し、
前記ノズルは、
当該ノズルの先端の中心線が、前記液体保持部における前記撹拌対象の液体の液面に対して垂直で且つ前記液体保持部の内壁に接する平面上に配置されるか、又は当該平面上から前記液体保持部の中心方向に且つ前記ノズルの先端が前記液体保持部の中心側に向くように傾けられて配置され、なお且つ前記ノズルの延伸方向に沿った直線が、前記液体保持部における前記攪拌対象の液体の最上部よりも高い位置で前記液体保持部の内壁と交差するようにして配置され、
前記ノズルの先端部は、当該ノズルの側面の接平面に対して斜めの先端面を有しており、
前記先端面が、下方向から、前記ノズルの延伸方向の側方に存在する、前記液体保持部の内壁面に向けて5乃至10度回転されており、
前記ノズルの先端面が向いている、前記液体保持部の内壁面が、前記ノズルにより近い方の内壁面である
ことを特徴とする液体攪拌装置。 - 前記液体保持部の断面の内形状が、丸形又は気流が内壁沿いに旋回可能となる多角形であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の液体攪拌装置。
- 前記ノズルの延伸方向に沿った直線と前記液体保持部の上端面との間の角度が53乃至60度であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の液体攪拌装置。
- 前記先端面が、前記ノズルの側面の接平面と45±10度をなすように形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の液体攪拌装置。 - 前記ノズルが、前記液体保持部の外部に設置されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の液体攪拌装置。
- 前記ノズルが、一本のノズルであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の液体攪拌装置。
