Description
Claims (12)
- 鎮静状態の患者の自律神経系の状態をモニタするための装置であって、
患者の皮膚のある領域で測定された皮膚コンダクタンス信号を送信するための測定機器と、
処理デバイスを含む制御ユニットとを備え、
前記処理デバイスは、
測定区間中に患者の皮膚のある領域で測定された皮膚コンダクタンス信号を送信する工程、
測定区間全体での皮膚コンダクタンス信号における局所最小点を識別する工程、
前記の識別された、連続する最小点の間の区間を積分区間として選択する工程、および、
測定区間全体での前記積分の合計を、前記鎮静状態の患者の自律神経系の状態を反映する第1側度として計算する工程を、実行するように構成され、
前記積分区間に関しては、積分区間の開始点及び終了点での皮膚コンダクタンス信号によって規定される線形ランプ関数を計算し、皮膚コンダクタンス信号が線形ランプ関数を越える積分区間の部分集合において、皮膚コンダクタンス信号と線形ランプ関数との差の積分を計算する、装置。 - 前記制御ユニットは、
測定区間の最初の最小点から始まる測定区間の部分集合を選択し、
測定区間の最初の最小点での皮膚コンダクタンス値を一定値として選択し、
皮膚コンダクタンス信号が一定値を超える測定区間部分集合の部分集合において、皮膚コンダクタンス信号と一定値との差の積分を計算し、
測定区間全体での前記積分の合計を、前記沈静状態の患者の自律神経系の状態を反映する第2側度として計算するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 測定区間の前記部分集合の終点が、測定区間全体での皮膚コンダクタンス値の最後の最小点にて選択される、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 測定区間の前記部分集合の終点が、測定区間における最後の点にて選択される、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記制御ユニットは、
第1側度及び第2側度のうち最大であるほうを、鎮静状態の患者の自律神経系の状態を反映する出力信号(Y)として用いるように構成されている、請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記制御ユニットは、
前記出力信号(Y)をディスプレイ上に表示するように構成されている、請求項5に記載の装置。 - 前記測定区間が、5〜30秒の範囲内にある、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記制御ユニットは、
出力信号(Y)が出力信号値の既定の範囲(<Y1、Y2>)内にあるならば、疼痛表示信号を設定するように構成されている、請求項5〜7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - Y1が、<0.05μSs、0.20μSs>の範囲内にあり、
Y2が、<0.5μSs、3.0μSs>の範囲内にある、請求項8に記載の装置。 - 前記制御ユニットは、
出力信号(Y)が既定の出力信号値(Y3)よりも大きければ、覚醒表示信号を設定するように構成されている、請求項5〜9のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - Y3が、<0.5μSs、3.0μSs>の範囲内にある、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記制御ユニットは、
標準化された侵害刺激等の疼痛誘発刺激を患者に与えるように構成されている、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
