Description
ところで、上記従来の電気機器では、過電流保護素子が、電気機器を構成する主要な回路基板上に設けられているため、回路基板よりも電池に近い位置で何らかの障害による短絡が生じたとしても、過電流保護素子は機能せず、場合によっては電池が急激に過熱して破損する可能性がある。
本発明の通電端子においては、前記一方の電極に設けられる前記ある電池との接点、および前記他方の電極に設けられる前記他の電池との接点を露出させてその他の部分を樹脂体に内蔵することが望ましい。これにより、通電端子の部品としての扱い易さを向上させることができる。
本発明の電気機器においては、樹脂体に内蔵することで扱い易さを高めた本発明の通電端子を、電気機器に安定して固定することができる。
本発明の第1の実施形態を図1ないし図3に示して説明する。

本発明の参考形態を図6ないし図8に示して説明する。
Claims (2)
- ある電池の正極に当接するとともに、他の電池の負極に当接してこれら2つの電池間に通電するための通電端子であって、前記ある電池の正極に当接される一方の電極と、前記他の電池の負極に当接される他方の電極との間に、導電性ポリマーを介在させ、
前記一方の電極に設けられる前記ある電池との接点、および前記他方の電極に設けられる前記他の電池との接点を除いた部分が樹脂体に埋設され、前記一方の電極及び前記他方の電極の全体が前記樹脂体に支持されており、
前記一方の電極に設けられる前記ある電池との接点は、透孔を通じて露出されており、前記他方の電極に設けられる前記他の電池との接点は、前記樹脂体の上面で露出されていることを特徴とする通電端子。 - 電池ボックスを備える電気機器において、
前記電池ボックスには、請求項1に記載の通電端子を支持する座が設けられ、
前記座又は前記通電端子には、前記通電端子を前記座に固定する固定手段が設けられていることを特徴とする電気機器。
