Claims (4)
- 画像ブロックについてのビデオ信号データを符号化するためのエンコーダであって、
前記画像ブロックについての変換係数を受け取って、前記変換係数を量子化レベルに量子化するための量子化器と、
前記量子化レベルを再構築レベルに逆量子化するための逆量子化器と、
を備え、
特定の位置で前記逆量子化器によって使用される丸めパラメータが前記特定の位置での前記量子化レベルによって決定される、前記エンコーダ。 - 画像ブロックについてのビデオ信号データを符号化する方法であって、
前記画像ブロックについての変換係数を受け取るステップと、
前記変換係数を量子化レベルに量子化するステップと、
前記量子化レベルを再構築レベルに逆量子化するステップと、
を含み、
特定の位置で逆量子化を行うために使用される丸めパラメータが前記特定の位置での前記量子化レベルによって決定される、前記方法。 - 画像ブロックについてのビデオ信号データを復号するためのデコーダであって、
前記画像ブロックについての量子化レベルを受け取って、前記量子化レベルを再構築レベルに逆量子化する逆量子化器を備え、
特定の位置で前記逆量子化器によって使用される丸めパラメータが前記特定の位置での前記量子化レベルによって決定される、前記デコーダ。 - 画像ブロックについてのビデオ信号データを復号する方法であって、
前記画像ブロックについての量子化レベルを受け取るステップと、
前記量子化レベルを再構築レベルに逆量子化するステップと、
を含み、
特定の位置で逆量子化を行うために使用される丸めパラメータが前記特定の位置での前記量子化レベルによって決定される、前記方法。
