Description
本実施の形態では、タッチパネルについて図1〜図7を参照して説明する。
5Vとなる。
本実施の形態では、実施の形態1〜4で説明したタッチパネルについて、図8、9を参照して説明する。本実施の形態において、タッチパネルはフォトセンサと表示素子を有している。表示素子は液晶素子や発光素子を有する。
本実施の形態では、タッチパネルを用いた電子機器の一例について、図10を用いて説明する。
Claims (6)
- 第1の色の光を検出する第1のフォトセンサ部を含む第1の画素と、
第2の色の光を検出する第2のフォトセンサ部を含む第2の画素と、
前記第1のフォトセンサ部の出力信号をA/D変換する第1のA/Dコンバータと、
前記第2のフォトセンサ部の出力信号をA/D変換する第2のA/Dコンバータと、を少なくとも有し、
前記第1のフォトセンサ部の前記出力信号は、第1の配線を介して、前記第1のA/Dコンバータに入力され、
前記第2のフォトセンサ部の前記出力信号は、第2の配線を介して、前記第2のA/Dコンバータに入力され、
前記第1のA/Dコンバータと前記第2のA/Dコンバータはそれぞれ、D/Aコンバータと、比較回路を有し、
前記比較回路は、前記D/Aコンバータと、前記第1のフォトセンサ部又は前記第2のフォトセンサ部とに電気的に接続されることを特徴とするタッチパネル。 - 請求項1において、
前記第1の画素と前記第2の画素はそれぞれ、表示素子部を有することを特徴とするタッチパネル。 - 請求項1又は2において、
前記第1のフォトセンサ部と前記第2のフォトセンサ部はそれぞれ、フォトダイオードと、トランジスタを有することを特徴とするタッチパネル。 - 請求項3において、
前記D/Aコンバータは、第1乃至第4の抵抗と、第1及び第2のスイッチと、を有し、
前記第1の抵抗は、第3の配線に電気的に接続され、
前記第2の抵抗は、前記第1のスイッチを介して、前記第3の配線又は第4の配線に電気的に接続され、
前記第3の抵抗は、前記第2のスイッチを介して、前記第3の配線又は前記第4の配線に電気的に接続され、
前記第4の抵抗は、出力信号線及び前記第1乃至前記第3の抵抗に電気的に接続され、
前記第3の配線に与えられる電位は、前記第4の配線に与えられる電位よりも低いことを特徴とするタッチパネル。 - 請求項4において、
前記第1のA/Dコンバータが有する前記D/Aコンバータにおいて、前記第3の配線に与えられる電位は、前記第1の配線の電位が変化する第1の電圧範囲の下限の値に等しく、前記第4の配線に与えられる電位は、前記第1の電圧範囲の上限の値に等しく、
前記第2のA/Dコンバータが有する前記D/Aコンバータにおいて、前記第3の配線に与えられる電位は、前記第2の配線の電位が変化する第2の電圧範囲の下限の値に等しく、前記第4の配線に与えられる電位は、前記第2の電圧範囲の上限の値に等しいことを特徴とするタッチパネル。 - 請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の前記タッチパネルを用いた電子機器。
