Description
a)糸と、その糸の間の隙間とを含んでいて、その隙間の平均幅は100μmよりも大きく、少なくとも1本の糸は多数の繊維からなり、その繊維の間には空隙がある構成のファブリックを用意するステップと、
b)粘性率が3000mPa/秒未満の液体ポリマー材料を用意するステップと、
c)空隙をポリマー材料で満たす一方で、隙間は開放状態のままにするステップを含んでいる。
1.サンプル(ファブリック/ラミネート)の質量を測定する
2.ブンデスマン降雨試験を10分間実施する
3.サンプルを15秒間回転させる
4.サンプルの質量を測定する
5.ブンデスマン降雨試験の前と比べた質量の増加を計算する(単位は%)。
1.サンプル(ファブリック/ラミネート)の質量を測定する
2.ブンデスマン降雨試験を10分間実施する
3.サンプルを15秒間回転させる
4.サンプルを鉛直方向に5回揺する
5.サンプルを室温(20℃/相対湿度65%)にて5分間にわたって乾燥させる
6.サンプルの質量を測定する
7.ブンデスマン降雨試験の前と比べた質量の増加を計算する(単位は%)。
1.サイズが25×50cmのサンプルをグラウンド・プレートの表面に固定する。サンプルがラミネートの場合には、ファブリックの側が最も外側の面になる必要がある。
2.サンプルの表面を横断する2本の線を引く。第1の線はプレートの第1の縁部とサンプルから5cmの距離であり、第2の線はプレートの第1の縁部とサンプルから35cmの距離である。
3.グラウンド・プレートの第2の縁部の領域でサンプルの表面に金属プレートを載せる。
4.金属プレートがサンプルの表面に沿って滑り始めて2本の線を約5秒以内で通過するまでグラウンド・プレートを動かす。
5.プレートの勾配を測定する。
6.この試験を3回繰り返す。
Claims (43)
- a.糸(20)と、その糸の間の隙間(30)とを含んでいて;
b.糸の間のその隙間(30)の平均幅が100μmよりも大きく;
c.その糸(20)が多数の繊維(50)で構成されていて;
d.その糸(20)が、その繊維(50)の間に空隙(60)を持ち;
e.その繊維(50)の間の空隙(60)がポリマー材料(70)で満たされて、液体がその糸(20)の空隙に浸入することを防ぎ、および、その糸(20)の間の隙間(30)は開放したままであるファブリック(10)。 - 前記隙間(30)の平均幅が150μm〜250μmである、請求項1に記載のファブリック(10)。
- 前記ポリマー材料(70)の選択が、シリコーン、非膨張性ポリウレタン、アモルファスなペルフルオロポリマー、ならびにこれらの混合物からなるグループの中からなされる、請求項1に記載のファブリック(10)。
- 前記ポリマー材料(70)が少なくとも1種類のシリコーン(75)からなる、請求項1に記載のファブリック(10)。
- 前記ポリマー材料(70)が、1種類または数種類の添加剤を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のファブリック(10)。
- 前記添加剤の選択が、反射剤、うどん粉病抵抗剤、風合い変更剤、粘性剤、流動剤、可撓剤、紫外線吸収材、充填剤、導電剤、熱伝導剤、放射線吸着剤、難燃剤、放射線反射剤からなるグループの中からなされる、請求項5に記載のファブリック(10)。
- 前記難燃剤が、ホウ素化合物、アルミナ三水和物、ハロゲン含有化合物を含むアンチモン酸化物、水酸化マグネシウム、有機リン化合物、無機リン化合物のいずれかである、請求項6に記載のファブリック(10)。
- 前記空隙(60)が前記ポリマー材料(70)で完全に満たされている、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のファブリック(10)。
- 前記少なくとも1本の糸(20)が外面(22)を持ち、少なくともその外面(22)の内側にある繊維(50)が前記ポリマー材料(70)の中に埋め込まれている、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のファブリック(10)。
- 前記外面(22)の少なくとも一部に前記ポリマー材料(70)が存在しない、請求項9に記載のファブリック(10)。
- 吸水率が50%未満である、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のファブリック(10)。
- 吸水率が20%未満である、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のファブリック(10)。
- 吸水率が10%未満である、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載のファブリック(10)。
- 前記隙間(30)によって空気透過率が300リットル/m2/秒よりも大きいファブリックになる、請求項1または2に記載のファブリック(10)。
- 前記繊維(50)が、連続したマルチフィラメント、スフ、またはこれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載のファブリック(10)。
- ニットまたは織布の形態である、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載のファブリック(10)。
- 前記糸(20)が多数の繊維(50)からなる、請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載のファブリック(10)。

- 質量が20〜500g/m2である、請求項1〜19のいずれか1項に記載のファブリック(10)。
- 質量が75〜350g/m2である、請求項1〜20のいずれか1項に記載のファブリック(10)。
- 少なくとも1つの水蒸気透過層(90)が一方の側に隣接している、請求項1〜21のいずれか1項に記載のファブリック(10)。

b.粘性率が3000mPa/秒未満の液体ポリマー材料(70)を用意するステップと、
c.前記空隙(60)を前記ポリマー材料(70)で満たす一方で、前記隙間(30)を開放状態のままにするステップを含む方法。 - ステップcの後に前記ファブリック(10)を硬化させるステップdをさらに含む、請求項40に記載の方法。
- 前記液体ポリマー材料(70)の粘性率が2000mPa/秒未満である、請求項40に記載の方法。
- 前記液体ポリマー材料(70)の粘性率が1000mPa/秒未満である、請求項40に記載の方法。
