Description
ビスマスに代えてランタンが置換された化合物を、前駆物質粉末(Bi2O3、Fe2O3、La2O3、PbO及びTiO2)を適当な比率で計量し、12時間2−プロパノール中でボールミル粉砕し、乾燥し、そして925℃で4時間高純度アルミニウムるつぼで焼成することによって調製した。この焼成粉末をさらに12時間1w/w%のバインダー(Rohn and Haas社製 B7)を伴ってアセトン中でミル粉砕し、乾燥しそして15mmのペレットに圧縮した。ペレットが1025℃で2時間連続的に焼かれ、そのペレットからバインダーは焼き尽くされる。焼結ペレットは理論値の95%より高い密度をもたらした;8.15gcm−3という値はX線回折測定から計算した菱面体晶体積を使用して決定された理論値として使用される。
Claims (9)
- 一般式Bi(x−y)LayFexPb1−xTi1−xO3を有し、ここでxは0.5〜0.8かつyは0.015〜0.035である、ランタン置換ビスマス化合物、または一般式BixFexPb(1−x−y)LayTi1−xO3を有し、ここでxは0.5〜0.8かつyは0.015〜0.035である、ランタン置換鉛化合物である、ペロブスカイト混合酸化物化合物。
- ランタンによって鉛が置換され、yが0.025〜0.035である、請求項1に記載された化合物。
- 1.0at%までの量でインジウム、マンガン、ニオブ、ナトリウム及び/又はカリウムから選択された共添加物が存在する、請求項1または2に記載された化合物。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載された化合物を含むペレットであって、焼結されているペレット。
- キャリアーテープ上で成型(casting)した形態である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載された化合物。
- テープ上の成型品として請求項5に記載された化合物を積層配列したもの(stacked array)を含む多層圧電性デバイスであって、該テープ成型品の複数の表面が複数の電極を含み、交互に並ぶ(alternate)複数の電極が電気的に相互に接続されている、多層圧電性デバイス。
- 電極が銀又は卑金属(base metal)を含んでなる、請求項6に記載されたデバイス。
- デバイスが焼結されている、請求項6又は7に記載されたデバイス。
