Description
本発明は、抗ウイルス性および/または抗菌性作用を有する清浄用液体組成物に関する。より具体的には、それだけには限らないが、抗ウイルス活性と抗細菌活性の双方を有する表面清浄用組成物に関する。
抗菌性の性質を提供すると称する手洗い用洗剤や家庭用清浄スプレーなどの家庭用品の数はますます増えている。これらの製品は、しばしば、作業台などのすべての既知の細菌を除去すると主張する。このような主張は、通常、好意的に受けとると誤解を招く。これらの現在入手可能な製品の多くは、咳、風邪、または他のこのような感染症もしくは疾患の発症の軽減に関しては、手の入念な洗浄または作業台の清浄と大差ないことが、広く報告されている調査により示されている。実際、多くのこのような感染症または疾患は、現在入手可能な抗菌性製品がそれらが実現すると主張する内容にもかかわらず効果を発揮することができないウイルスによって引き起こされている。
本発明の第1態様によれば、少なくとも1種のアルコール、少なくとも1種の長鎖アルキルポリアミンおよび少なくとも1種のハロゲンを含む組成物が提供される。

Claims (26)
- 10体積%から30体積%の少なくとも1種の脂肪族アルコールと、30体積%までの少なくとも1種の長鎖アルキルトリアミンと、0.5体積%までのヨウ素とを含み、該長鎖アルキルトリアミンが一般式H2N−(CH2)3−NR−(CH2)3−NH2であり、式中Rは少なくとも8個の炭素原子を含む直鎖状または分枝状アルキル鎖である表面清浄用液体組成物。
- 清浄用および消毒用の請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 表面清浄用水性組成物および消毒用組成物としての使用のための請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 抗菌性組成物としての使用のための、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 抗ウイルス性組成物としての使用のための、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 抗真菌性組成物としての使用のための、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- Rが10から14個の炭素原子を含む直鎖状または分枝状アルキル鎖である、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- Rが直鎖状アルキルである、請求項7に記載の組成物。
- 前記長鎖アルキルトリアミンがドデシルジプロピレントリアミン(Triameen)である、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 前記長鎖アルキルトリアミン化合物を10体積%から30体積%含む、請求項9に記載の組成物。
- 前記長鎖アルキルトリアミン化合物を15体積%から25体積%含む、請求項10に記載の組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1種の脂肪族アルコールが1から4個の炭素原子を含む、請求項1から11のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 2種の脂肪族アルコールを含む、請求項1から12のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 前記脂肪族アルコールを15体積%から25体積%含む、請求項1から13のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 前記脂肪族アルコールがエタノールまたはn−ブタノールである、請求項1から14のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 14体積%から16体積%のエタノールと5体積%から7体積%のn−ブタノールとを含む、請求項15に記載の組成物。
- 0.33重量%±0.05重量%のヨウ素を含む、請求項1から16のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- ヨウ素と錯体を形成するように適合させた錯化剤をさらに含む、請求項1から17のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 少なくとも1種の緩衝剤をさらに含む、請求項1から18のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 少なくとも1種の界面活性剤をさらに含む、請求項1から19のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1種の界面活性剤が両性である、請求項20に記載の組成物。
- 少なくとも1種の湿潤剤をさらに含む、請求項1から21のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 細菌を破壊し、かつ/あるいは、細菌および/またはウイルスの複製能力を、前記細菌および/またはウイルスが表面に存在するときに抑制する方法であって、請求項1から22のいずれかに記載の組成物を適用し、細菌またはウイルスのリン脂質膜を破壊し、さらに細菌DNAを切断および/または細菌のDNAおよびウイルスのDNAもしくはRNAに実質上恒久的に結合することを特徴とする抑制方法。
- 細菌および/またはウイルスの複製能力を、前記細菌および/またはウイルスが表面に存在するときに抑制する方法であって、前記表面へ請求項1から22のいずれかに記載の組成物を適用し、細菌またはウイルスを実質上恒久的に封入し、それらの遺伝物質の複製を妨げることを特徴とする抑制方法。

ドデシルジプロピレントリアミンをpH緩衝液に添加し、この溶液に少なくとも1種の界面活性剤を加えて中間溶液を作製するステップと、
前記中間溶液とは別に、少なくとも1種のアルコールおよびヨウ素を含むプレミックス溶液を作製するステップと、
前記中間溶液と前記プレミックス溶液を次に混合するステップと
を含む方法。
