Description

The present invention relates to a manufacturing method and a manufacturing apparatus for a sheet for an extraction bag used for manufacturing an extraction bag such as a tea bag and a soup extraction bag.

As a tea bag for tea, green tea, herbs, etc., as a bag for extracting soup stock such as boiled and dried bonito, a water-permeable filterable sheet such as non-woven fabric and rice cake is formed into a flat bag, tetrahedron bag, etc. A material in which an extraction material such as tea leaves is filled inside and a hanging thread with a tag is attached to the outer surface is used (Patent Document 1).

The extraction bag sheet used for manufacturing the extraction bag has various modes depending on the shape of the extraction bag to be manufactured, the length of the hanging thread, the shape of the tag, and the like. Conventionally, one end of the hanging thread is bonded. The tags are arranged in a line at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction of the belt-shaped water-permeable filterable sheet. As a method for manufacturing such a sheet for an extraction bag, a tag is attached to a long thread material at a predetermined interval, and the long thread material with the tag is pulled out in the width direction of the long water-permeable filterable sheet. There is a method in which a tag and a thread material are respectively bonded to a water-permeable filterable sheet, and the thread material is cut from the subsequent thread material (Patent Document 2).

However, according to this method, the tag and the hanging thread cannot be adhered while the water-permeable filterable sheet is continuously conveyed, and the production speed cannot be sufficiently increased.

On the other hand, tags are arranged at a predetermined interval on the circumferential surface of the rotation carrier, and a long thread material is stretched in a predetermined pattern on the tag to bond each tag to the thread material. A method is known in which a water-permeable filterable sheet is supplied and a tag and a thread material are bonded to the water-filterable sheet on a rotating carrier. Thus, as in the extraction bag sheet 1X shown in FIG. 8, the tags 3 are arranged at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction of the long water-permeable filterable sheet 2, and the long yarn materials 4b are arranged in a predetermined pattern. Thus, an extraction bag sheet bonded to each tag 3 can be obtained (Patent Document 3 and Patent Document 4). In addition, the area | region divided with the broken line corresponds to the area | region for one extraction bag in the figure.

According to this method, since the extraction bag sheet 1X can be manufactured while continuously transporting the water-permeable filterable sheet 2, the production speed of the extraction bag sheet is increased as compared with the method of Patent Document 2. be able to.

However, in order to perform all of the adhesion between the tag 3 and the thread material 4b, the adhesion between the tag 3 and the water-permeable filter sheet 2, and the adhesion between the thread material 4b and the water-permeable filter sheet 2 on the rotating carrier. A plurality of bonding means must be installed on the rotary carrier, which limits the degree of freedom in designing the bonding apparatus, and also complicates the maintenance of the rotary carrier and its peripheral devices.

According to the present invention, the pattern of the tag and the thread material is continuously formed on the rotation carrier without stopping the movement of the rotation carrier, and the pattern is transferred to the water filterable sheet. Can be manufactured at a high production rate.

Furthermore, according to the present invention, when the pattern of the tag and the thread material is transferred, the bonding device that adheres the thread material and the water-permeable filterable sheet, which has been conventionally required to be installed on the rotating carrier, Or since it should just install in the conveyance system of the water-permeable filter sheet | seat after that, the structure of the bonding apparatus periphery does not become complicated, and the maintenance of the whole manufacturing apparatus of the sheet | seat for extraction bags becomes easy.

A tag cut supply device 30 is provided in the vicinity of the circumferential surface of the rotary carrier 10. The tag cut supply device 30 cuts the tag tape 3b into the tags 3 for one extraction bag with the guillotine blade 31, and supplies the tags 3 to the peripheral surface of the rotary carrier 10 at predetermined intervals.

In the apparatus 100A of the present embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the yarn folding roller 26 is arranged upstream of the tag cut supply device 30, but the tag cut supply device 30 is arranged upstream of the yarn folding roller 26. You may arrange.

In the rotation carrier 10, between the adjacent tag holding plates 11, the thread material 4b stretched around the circumferential surface of the rotation carrier 10 is changed according to the rotation angle of the rotation carrier 10, as shown in FIG. A rectangular plate-like pusher 13 is provided as a thread material rotating means for guiding between at least one of the adjacent tags 3 so as to pass between the tags 3. A groove 14 for guiding the thread material 4b is formed on the side surface of the pusher 13.

As described above, the pusher 13 serves as a means for fixing the thread material 4b and the tag 3 in a state where the thread material 4b stretched on the peripheral surface of the rotation carrier 10 is guided between the adjacent tags 3. A first ultrasonic welding device 40 that strongly bonds the thread material 4b and the tag 3 to each other is provided. A symbol P1 in FIG. 3 indicates an adhesion site by the first ultrasonic welding apparatus 40. The first ultrasonic welding apparatus 40 is moved together with the adherend as shown by an arrow a in FIG. 2 at the time of ultrasonic welding by the cam mechanism, and the rotation of the rotary carrier 10 and the conveyance system of the water-permeable filter sheet 2 I try not to stop the movement. Further, the tag holding plate 11 is used as a cradle for ultrasonic welding of the first ultrasonic welding apparatus 40.

In addition, as a fixing means for the thread material 4b and the tag 3, a heat welding device may be provided instead of the ultrasonic welding device. Further, pressing means for mechanically pressing and fixing the thread material 4b to the tag 3 may be provided. In that case, after releasing the pressing by the pressing means, the yarn is separately provided outside the peripheral surface of the rotary carrier 10. Means for adhering the material 4b and the tag 3 are provided.

A rotary blade 15 is provided downstream of the first ultrasonic welding device 40 as means for forming an intermittent pattern of the tag 3 and the thread material 4b by cutting the thread material 4b between the adjacent tags 3. ing. The cutting position of the thread material 4b by the rotary blade 15 is preferably set to a position biased to one of the adjacent tags 3 as indicated by a symbol Q in FIG.

Between the cutting position Q and immediately below the rotary carrier 10, the thread 4b (that is, the hanging thread 4) that has been cut is stretched substantially linearly and arranged in a predetermined direction. As shown in FIG. 3, the pusher 13 that protrudes in the axial direction of the rotary carrier 10 and the suction that sucks the hanging thread 4 in the axial direction (arrow m direction) of the rotary carrier 10 even after the thread material 4b is cut. Means 16 are provided. Note that air blowing means for blowing air in the direction of the arrow m may be provided instead of the suction means.

The manufacturing apparatus 100 </ b> A of this embodiment has a transport system that transports the water-permeable filterable sheet 2 directly below the rotation carrier 10, and sucks the tag 3 on the tag holding plate 11 at the bottom of the rotation carrier 10. The tag 3 and the hanging thread 4 that are cut and formed in an intermittent pattern are transferred from the rotary carrier 10 to the water flowable sheet 2.

Further, a second ultrasonic welding device 41 for temporarily adhering the water-permeable filterable sheet 2 and the tag 3 conveyed to the rotary carrier 10 at a position P2 is provided so as to be easily peeled off. As shown in FIG. 4, the end portion of the hanging thread 4 is strongly passed at the position P3 and the end of the hanging thread 4 on the conveyance path of the water-permeable filter sheet 2 away from the rotary carrier 10 further downstream. A third ultrasonic welding device 42 to be bonded and a fourth ultrasonic welding device 43 to temporarily bond the central portion of the hanging thread 4 to the water-permeable filter sheet 2 at the position P4 are provided.

Among these, the second ultrasonic welding apparatus 41 uses the tag holding plate 11 on the surface of the rotary carrier 10 as a receiving base during ultrasonic welding, as in the first ultrasonic welding apparatus 40 described above, and the third ultrasonic welding apparatus 41 The ultrasonic welding device 42 and the fourth ultrasonic welding device 43 include a receiving table 42b and a receiving table 43b, respectively. Further, the second ultrasonic welding device 41 is moved by the cam mechanism as indicated by an arrow b in FIG. 2 in accordance with the rotational speed of the rotary carrier 10 during ultrasonic bonding, and the third ultrasonic welding device 42 The fourth ultrasonic welding device 43 moves in accordance with the conveyance speed of the water filterable sheet 2 as indicated by arrows c and d in FIG. The movement of the conveyance system of the adhesive sheet 2 is prevented from stopping.

Further, a suction means 17 is provided for sucking the hanging thread 4 in the width direction of the water-permeable filter sheet 2 as indicated by an arrow n from directly below the rotary carrier 10 to the installation position of the fourth ultrasonic welding device 43. ing. Thereby, the hanging thread 4 is aligned in a state of extending in the width direction, and is adhered to the water-permeable filter sheet 2.

In the present invention, a heat welding device may be provided in place of the ultrasonic welding devices 41, 42, and 43 as the bonding means for bonding the tag 3 and the hanging thread 4 to the water filterable sheet 2.

In this manufacturing apparatus 100A, the extraction bag sheet 1A includes (1) a step of forming a pattern of yarn material overlapping with each tag on the rotation carrier 10 and (2) a tag 3 and a yarn material 4b. From the step of transferring the pattern from the rotary carrier 10 to the water-permeable filterable sheet 2, and the step of (3) adhering the tag and the thread material 4b to the water-permeable filterable sheet 2 after step (2), respectively, Manufactured as follows.

That is, (1) in the yarn material pattern forming step, first, the yarn material 4 b is pulled out from the yarn material take-up roll 22, and the yarn material 4 b is supplied to the rotary carrier 10 via the yarn folding roller 26. The thread material 4 b is caught on the pin 12 protruding from the tag holding surface of the tag holding plate 11, and is stretched in the circumferential direction of the rotation carrier 10 by the rotation of the rotation carrier 10 in the arrow direction.

Further, the tag tape 3b is pulled out from the tag winding roll 21, and the tag 3 is supplied to the tag holding plate 11 of the rotation carrier 10 at a predetermined interval by the tag cut supply device 30 as shown in FIG. The tag holding plate 11 of the rotary carrier 10 sucks and holds the tag 3 supplied from the tag cut supply device 30 immediately on the tag holding plate 11.

Next, the pusher 13 is pushed out between the adjacent tags 3. As a result, the thread material 4 b that hangs on the groove 14 of the pusher 13 passes through at least one of the adjacent tags 3 and becomes a pattern guided between the tags 3. Then, as shown in FIG. 3, when the pusher 13 is pushed out so that the length of the thread material 4b between the adjacent tags 3 becomes the length of the hanging thread 4 for one extraction bag, the first With the ultrasonic welding device 40, the tag 3 and the thread material 4b are bonded at the bonding site P1, and the rotary blade 15 cuts the thread material 4b at one of the adjacent tags 3 at a position Q. However, the cut thread material 4b (that is, the hanging thread 4) is continuously pushed out in the same direction. Further, the thread material 4b cut at this time is sucked in the axial direction (m direction) of the rotary carrier 10, and is stretched and aligned in the same direction.

Thus, an intermittent pattern of the tag 3 and the hanging thread 4 is formed on the rotation carrier 10.

In addition, in the manufacturing method of the sheet | seat for extraction bags of this invention, it has an overlap with each tag on the tag of a predetermined space | interval on the rotation support body 10 by the method described in patent document 3, the patent document 4, etc. A long thread material pattern may be formed to obtain an extraction bag sheet 1X in which the long thread material 4b is adhered to each tag 3 as shown in FIG. However, if the thread material 4b is continuous on the extraction bag sheet 1X, the thread material 4b is present at the seal portion (dashed line portion) when each extraction bag is made from the extraction bag sheet 1X. There is a risk that the sealing device is burdened and the sealing device may bite the thread material 4b. Therefore, from the point of smoothly performing the sealing process at the time of bag making, as described above, as the pattern of the thread material 4b, the hanging thread 4 separated from the thread material 4b to a length required for one extraction bag is used. It is preferable to form as an intermittent pattern.

After producing the pattern of the tag 3 and the thread material 4b on the rotation carrier 10, (2) performing the process of transferring the pattern of the tag 3 and the thread material 4b from the rotation carrier 10 to the water-permeable filter sheet 2, Thereafter, (3) the step of adhering the tag 3 and the thread material 4b to the water-permeable filterable sheet 2 is performed. Preferably, the process of (3) is performed with the pattern of the tag 3 and the thread material 4b being water-filterable. It is preferable to adhere the tag 3 to the water filterable sheet 2 when transferred to the sheet 2 and then bond the thread material 4b and the water filterable sheet 2 to each other. A step (3) of bonding the tag 3 and the thread material 4b to the water-permeable filter sheet 2 after the step (2) of transferring the pattern of the tag 3 and the thread material 4b from the rotary carrier 10 to the water-permeable filter sheet 2. By performing the above, the degree of freedom of the bonding apparatus when bonding the tag 3 and the thread material 4b to the water-filterable sheet 2 is increased, and the maintenance and the like of the extraction bag sheet manufacturing apparatus 100A as a whole are facilitated.

The extraction bag manufacturing apparatus 100A shown in FIG. 1 allows the tag 3 to pass through the water filterable sheet 2 when the intermittent pattern of the tag and the hanging thread 4 formed on the rotary carrier 10 is transferred to the water filterable sheet 2. Then, the hanging thread 4 and the water-permeable filter sheet 2 are bonded together.

More specifically, as shown in FIG. 2, at the bottom of the rotary carrier 10 where the intermittent pattern of the tag 3 and the hanging thread 4 is formed, the rotary carrier 10 cuts off the suction of the tag 3 and 3 and the hanging thread 4 are transferred from the rotary carrier 10 to the water-filterable sheet 2 being conveyed immediately below.

In addition, the tag 3 and the water-permeable filter sheet 2 are temporarily bonded to each other at the bonding portion P2 by the second ultrasonic welding device 41 at the lowermost portion of the rotary carrier 10. Thereafter, the hanging thread 4 is sucked in the direction of the arrow n to align the threads, the tag 3 and the hanging thread 4 are strongly bonded at the bonding site P3 by the third ultrasonic welding device 42, and the fourth super The hanging thread 4 and the water-permeable filterable sheet 2 are temporarily bonded by the sonic welding device 43 at the bonding site P4.

In this way, the extraction bag sheet 1A in which the tag 3 adhered to the hanging thread 4 is arranged on the water-permeable filter sheet 2 at a predetermined interval in the longitudinal direction of the water-filterable sheet 2 is obtained.

The obtained extraction bag sheet 1A is wound around an extraction bag sheet winding roll 24 as shown in FIG. The extraction bag sheet 1A wound around the extraction bag sheet winding roll 24 can be used in a conventional bag making apparatus for manufacturing a rectangular or pyramid type extraction bag, and in particular, from the extraction bag sheet 1A. Since the hanging thread 4 does not exist at the seal portion (broken line) when manufacturing each extraction bag, it is possible to smoothly perform the seal at the time of bag making.

The present invention forms an intermittent or continuous pattern of the thread material 4b with the tag 3 on the rotating carrier, and after the pattern is transferred to the water filterable sheet 2, the thread material 4b and the water filter are filtered. The various aspects which adhere | attach the adhesive sheet 2 are included.

For example, like the extraction bag sheet manufacturing apparatus 100B shown in FIG. 6, the first rotation carrier 10a is used in the same manner as the apparatus shown in FIG. An intermittent pattern of the hanging thread 4 is formed. However, the pitch of each pattern is doubled. Subsequently, the intermittent pattern of the tag 3 and the hanging thread 4 is formed on the water-permeable filterable sheet 2 by using the second rotation carrier 10b.

In this case, as shown in the extraction bag sheet 1B in FIG. 7, the pattern of the tag 3 and the hanging thread 4 by the first rotation carrier 10a, and the tag 3 and the hanging thread 4 by the second rotation carrier 10b. So that the total pitch of the pattern is aligned.

Moreover, in order not to make the roll which wound the sheet | seat for extraction bags into a cone shape, and to improve the handleability of a roll, the arrangement | sequence of the tag 3 in the water-permeable filterable sheet 2 is made into the one side of the water-permeable filterable sheet 2. It is preferable to form on both side edges instead of the edges. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 7, the pattern of the tag 3 and the hanging thread 4 by the first rotation carrier 10a and the pattern of the tag 3 and the hanging thread 4 by the second rotation carrier 10b are reversed. It is preferable.

In the step of passing the tag 3 and the hanging thread 4 formed in an intermittent pattern on the rotary carrier 10 to the water filterable sheet 2, the suction of the rotary carrier 10 by sucking from the back surface of the water filterable sheet 2 is achieved. The water-permeable filterable sheet 2 may be transported to a part other than directly below, and the tag 3 and the hanging thread 4 may be transferred to the water-filterable sheet 2.

After moving the tag 3 and the hanging thread 4 from the rotary carrier 10 to the water-permeable filterable sheet 2, in order to align the threads, air blowing means for blowing air in the direction of arrow n is provided instead of the suction means 17. Also good.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention is useful for manufacturing various extraction bag sheets provided with a hanging thread with tag.
