Claims (8)
- スプリットリング共振器(SRR)構造が埋め込まれて磁気誘電体が実装された基板と、
前記基板から所定の間隔だけ離れて上部に形成され、ユニットセルからなる右手/左手系複合線路(CRLH−TL)構造のパッチと、
前記基板から所定の間隔だけ離れて下部に形成される接地と、
を備え、
前記SRR構造が前記ユニットセルに配置され、前記SRR構造は8個のSRRが放射状に配置される、磁気誘電体を用いたメタマテリアルアンテナ。 - 前記基板、前記パッチ及び前記接地はビアを介して互いに連結される、請求項1に記載の磁気誘電体を用いたメタマテリアルアンテナ。
- 前記パッチは、前記ユニットセルを2つ含む、請求項1に記載の磁気誘電体を用いたメタマテリアルアンテナ。
- 前記SRR構造は相対的に長い第1のSRRの6個が前記基板の縦方向に放射状に配置され、
相対的に短い第2のSRRが横方向に配置され、
前記第1及び第2のSRRは前記基板の上下面に相対するように形成される、請求項1に記載の磁気誘電体を用いたメタマテリアルアンテナ。 - 前記基板の上下面に相対するように形成される前記第1及び第2のSRRの両末端は前記基板を貫通するビアを介して連結される、請求項4に記載の磁気誘電体を用いたメタマテリアルアンテナ。
- 前記基板の下面に形成される第1及び第2のSRRの中央部にはスロットが形成される、請求項4に記載の磁気誘電体を用いたメタマテリアルアンテナ。
- 前記パッチは、給電線となるマイクロストリップラインから所定の間隔だけ離れてカップリング給電される、請求項1に記載の磁気誘電体を用いたメタマテリアルアンテナ。
- 請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載のメタマテリアルアンテナを備える無線通信端末。
