Claims (8)
- ケースと、
前記ケースの中に配置された駆動装置シャフトと、
前記ケースの内部を2つの室に分けるダイアフラムと、
前記ダイアフラムを補強し、前記駆動装置シャフトに対する前記ダイヤフラムの密封係合を容易にするダイアフラムプレートとを備え、
前記ダイアフラムは、中心開口と、前記中心開口の周囲に位置する必須の密封突起とを含み、前記密封突起は、前記中心開口から距離を置いて配置され、前記駆動装置シャフトと密封係合するように構成されている、ダイアフラム駆動装置。 - 前記密封突起が前記駆動装置シャフトに機械的に結合するよう構成されている、請求項1に記載のダイアフラム駆動装置。
- 前記密封突起が密封ビードから成る、請求項2に記載のダイアフラム駆動装置。
- 前記駆動装置シャフトは、前記ダイアフラムの前記中心開口を通って延びている、請求項3に記載のダイアフラム駆動装置。
- 前記駆動装置シャフトは、肩を有しており、
前記肩は、環状凹部を含んでおり、
前記密封ビードが前記環状凹部に係合される、請求項4に記載のダイアフラム駆動装置。 - シャフトの一部が前記ダイアフラムの中心開口に係合するように構成されている、請求項5に記載のダイアフラム駆動装置。
- 前記駆動装置シャフトの端部にナットが設けられており、
前記ナットが前記密封ビードを前記環状凹部に押し込むことによって、前記駆動装置シャフトに対して前記ダイヤフラムが密封係合される、請求項5に記載のダイアフラム駆動装置。 - 前記ダイアフラムと前記肩との間にマテリアルの層をさらに含んでいる、請求項5に記載のダイアフラム駆動装置。
