Description
Claims (13)
- 液体を制御する外科用システム(1)であって、
一端でイリゲーション液(21)を受容する第1液体容器(2)に結合され、他端で外科用ハンドピース(4)に結合されたイリゲーション管(3)と、
吸込ポンプ(8)と、
前記吸込ポンプ(8)から前記外科用ハンドピース(4)を通して液体を吸引できるように前記ハンドピース(4)から前記吸込ポンプ(8)の入口(9)に向けて設けられたアスピレーション入口管(7)と、
前記アスピレーション入口管(7)内部の液体圧を検出する圧力センサ(11)と、
前記吸込ポンプ(8)の出口(10)からの液体が集合容器(13)に送り込まれるように前記吸込ポンプ(8)の出口(10)を前記集合容器(13)に結合させるアスピレーション出口管(12)と、
イリゲーション液(22)を受容する第2液体容器(15、15’)と、
前記第2液体容器(15、15’)を前記アスピレーション入口管(7)に結合させるアスピレーション通液管(14)と、
前記アスピレーション通液管(14)の中に設けられていて、前記アスピレーション入口管(7)内部の液体圧に応じて切り換えできる通液バルブ(17)と
を具備し、
前記第2液体容器(15、15’)が、充填バルブ(19)を具備する充填管(18)を通して充填でき、前記充填管(18)が一端(30)で前記イリゲーション管(3)と結合し、かつ
前記充填管(18)の他端(31)が、前記第2液体容器(15)の最大液面位から所定の間隔(20)をあけて終わっており、従って、前記充填管(18)の他端(31)と前記第2液体容器(15)の中の液体(22)の間の直接接触が生じない、システム。 - 前記第2液体容器(15)の液面位を検出するセンサ(16)が設けられている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2液体容器(15)が、余剰の液体を容器(24)の中に逃がすことのできるオーバフロー管(23)に結合している、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記充填管(18)が他端(31)で前記第2液体容器(15’)に結合している請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記充填管(18)の他端(31)と前記第2液体容器(15’)との結合が、機械的又は化学的な結合手段により、又は、熱結合方法により達成可能である請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2液体容器(15’)が少なくとも1つの弾性変形可能な領域を持つ囲壁を具備する請求項4又は5に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2液体容器(15’)が管の形に作られている請求項4〜6のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2液体容器(15’)の充填管(18)とアスピレーション通液管(14)がワンピースで形作られている請求項4〜7のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記イリゲーション管(3)がイリゲーションバルブ(40)を具備する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記イリゲーションバルブ(40)が前記イリゲーション管(3)の中で前記ハンドピース(4)と充填管(18)の間に配置されている請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記アスピレーション通液管(14)から液体(22)を前記第2液体容器(15、15’)の底部又は底部付近で逃がすことができる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記圧力センサ(11)がアスピレーション管(6、7)内部の液体圧をハンドピース(4)の近くで検出する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記圧力センサ(11)がアスピレーション管(6、7)内部の液体圧をハンドピース(4)内部、好ましくは前記ハンドピース尖針(5)の直近で検出する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
