帯板を雰囲気流体中で連続的に熱処理する熱処理室における前記帯板の出入口部に設けられるシール装置において、
前記熱処理室内から漏出する流体及び前記熱処理室内に侵入する流体を吸引する吸引手段と、
前記吸引手段により吸引した漏出流体及び侵入流体を混合し、その混合した混合流体の一部を、漏出流体及び侵入流体と同じ成分になるように成分調整して、前記熱処理室内及び室外に戻す循環手段と備える
ことを特徴とする。
第1の発明に係るシール装置において、
前記吸引手段の吸引量と前記循環手段の戻し量とが等しくなるように調整する流量調整手段を備える
ことを特徴とする。
第1または2の発明に係るシール装置において、
前記吸引手段の吸引力を可変にする吸引力可変手段を備える
ことを特徴とする。
第1乃至3のいずれかの発明に係るシール装置において、
前記吸引手段を前記帯板の板厚及び板形状に応じて移動するように支持し、
前記吸引手段の先端に前記帯板に面するようにノズルを形成する
ことを特徴とする。

Claims (4)
- 帯板を雰囲気流体中で連続的に熱処理する熱処理室における前記帯板の出入口部に設けられるシール装置において、
前記熱処理室内から漏出する流体及び前記熱処理室内に侵入する流体を吸引する吸引手段と、
前記吸引手段により吸引した漏出流体及び侵入流体を混合し、その混合した混合流体の一部を、漏出流体及び侵入流体と同じ成分になるように成分調整して、前記熱処理室内及び室外に戻す循環手段と備える
ことを特徴とするシール装置。 - 請求項1に記載のシール装置において、
前記吸引手段の吸引量と前記循環手段の戻し量とが等しくなるように調整する流量調整手段を備える
ことを特徴とするシール装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載のシール装置において、
前記吸引手段の吸引力を可変にする吸引力可変手段を備える
ことを特徴とするシール装置。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のシール装置において、
前記吸引手段を前記帯板の板厚及び板形状に応じて移動するように支持し、
前記吸引手段の先端に前記帯板に面するようにノズルを形成する
ことを特徴とするシール装置。
