Description
また、記弾性吐出体は、前記貯留室の一部を形成する第一部材と、前記吐出孔が設けられる第二部材とを備え、前記弾性部材は、前記第一部材と前記第二部材との間に配置されるものでもよい。
さらに、前記供給制御手段が液体の供給を開始させる制御と、前記作動制御部が液体を吐出させる制御とを同期させる同期部を備えてもよい。
これによれば、加圧直後から液体を加圧して供給するため、迅速に貯留室、および、流出孔を充填することが可能となる。
さらに、加圧された液体を供給する期間である供給期間中に、前記作動制御部が、前記作動手段を制御して液体を吐出させてもよい。
これによれば、加圧された液体を供給しながら液体を吐出させることで、吐出の時間間隔を短くしても十分な量の液体を吐出することができ、多くの量の液体を比較的正確に供給することが可能となる。

Claims (5)
- 液体を液滴として吐出する吐出手段を備える液体吐出装置であって、
前記吐出手段は、
少なくとも一部が弾性部材で形成される貯留室と、前記貯留室に連通し、前記貯留室内に液体を供給する供給孔と、前記貯留室内の液体を吐出する吐出孔とを形成する弾性吐出体と、
前記貯留室の容積を増減させる作動手段とを備え、
当該液体吐出装置はさらに、
前記貯留室に供給される液体の圧力が安定領域内に収まるように液体に圧力を加える加圧手段と、
前記貯留室に加圧された液体を供給するか否かを制御する供給制御手段と、
前記作動手段の動作を制御する作動制御部と
を備える液体吐出装置。 - さらに、
前記貯留室内の液体の圧力と大気圧とが均衡するように前記液体に負の圧力を加える負圧手段を備える
請求項1に記載の液体吐出装置。 - さらに、
シリンジとプランジャとを有し、貯留室に供給する液体を前記シリンジ内に保持する供給源を備え、
前記プランジャは、プランジャの移動方向における可撓性有する可撓部を備え、
前記シリンジは、前記プランジャに対し液体を保持する保持室と反対側に密閉状の圧力調整室を備え、
前記負圧手段は、前記圧力調整室内の気体を前記圧力調整室外に搬送することにより液体に負の圧力を加える
請求項2に記載の液体吐出装置。 - 少なくとも一部が弾性部材で形成される貯留室と、前記貯留室に連通し、前記貯留室内に液体を供給する供給孔と、前記貯留室内の液体を吐出する吐出孔とを形成する弾性吐出体と、前記貯留室の容積を増減させる作動手段とを備える吐出手段を用い、液体を液滴として吐出させる液体吐出方法であって、
前記貯留室に供給される液体の圧力が安定領域内に収まるように加圧手段により液体に圧力を加え、
前記貯留室に加圧された液体を供給するか否かを供給制御手段により制御し、
作動制御部により前記作動手段の動作を制御して液体を吐出させる
液体吐出方法。 - 液体を液滴として吐出する吐出手段を備える液体吐出装置であって、
前記吐出手段は、
少なくとも一部が弾性部材で形成される貯留室と、前記貯留室に連通し、前記貯留室内に液体を供給する供給孔と、前記貯留室内の液体を吐出する吐出孔とを形成する弾性吐出体と、
前記貯留室の容積を増減させる作動手段とを備え、
当該液体吐出装置はさらに、
前記貯留室に供給される液体の圧力が大気圧より大となるように液体に圧力を加える加圧手段と、
前記貯留室に加圧された液体を供給するか否かを制御する供給制御手段と、
前記作動手段の動作を制御する作動制御部と
シリンジとプランジャとを有し、貯留室に供給する液体を前記シリンジ内に保持する供給源とを備え、
前記プランジャは、プランジャの移動方向における可撓性有する可撓部を備え、
前記シリンジは、前記プランジャに対し液体を保持する保持室と反対側に密閉状の圧力調整室を備え、
当該液体吐出装置はさらに、
前記圧力調整室内の気体を前記圧力調整室外に搬送することにより、前記貯留室内の液体の圧力と大気圧とが均衡するように前記液体に負の圧力を加える負圧手段とを備える
液体吐出装置。
