Description
The present invention relates to a test apparatus for performing an equipment performance test while maintaining humidity appropriately. In particular, a test method for performing an equipment performance test while maintaining humidity appropriately in an organic gas atmosphere such as a siloxane durability test. And a test apparatus used in the test method.
Siloxane (low molecular cyclic siloxane) is easily gasified at normal temperature and becomes a compound of silica and carbide by receiving electric energy at the electric contact portion. Silica is an insulating material and has a property of firmly adhering to contacts, and thus causes contact failure of electrical contact portions (see Patent Document 1).
By the way, since siloxane is contained in a large amount in familiar products such as general plastics, synthetic rubbers, adhesives, cosmetics, and hair sprays, it also causes problems in familiar electrical products.
Especially in the case of automobiles, the interior of a car parked in summer is hot and the interior is sealed, so a large amount of siloxane is gasified from the interior material, its adhesive, and various plastic materials. The electrical and electronic devices are exposed to a very high concentration of siloxane, and when the switch is turned on, silica, which is an insulator, is generated by electrical energy at the contact portion, causing contact failure. Also, in the engine room, siloxane is gasified due to heat generated by the engine, and the same contact failure occurs. These cause poor contact not only at the operating contacts of the equipment but also at various connectors. This is considered to be caused by the microscopic movement of the connector contacts in the presence of siloxane while the contacts of the automobile are energized by the vibration of the automobile.
Against this backdrop of electrical contact failures, manufacturers are forced to develop contact structures and materials that can withstand siloxane.
In addition, in order to develop contact structures and materials that can withstand siloxane, it is necessary to evaluate the performance of contact structures and materials that have been prototyped by an environmental test apparatus.
この状況に鑑み、本出願人は、試作された接点構造等の耐シロキサン性能を評価するための環境試験装置の開発に着手し、先にシロキサン耐久試験装置の発明を出願した(特許文献2) In view of this situation, the present applicant started development of an environmental test apparatus for evaluating the siloxane resistance performance of the prototyped contact structure and the like, and previously applied for an invention of a siloxane durability test apparatus (Patent Document 2).
A siloxane durability test apparatus (hereinafter referred to as a conventional test apparatus) disclosed in
As described above, the conventional test apparatus is a combination of a known environmental test apparatus and a siloxane gas generator, and has a function of adjusting the humidity in the test chamber. That is, the test apparatus of the prior art has a circulation channel inside, and a dehumidifier (cooling device) and a humidifier are provided in the circulation channel. And the air which flows through a circulation channel is dehumidified with a dehumidifier (cooling device), and is humidified with a humidifier after that, and it adjusts to desired humidity.
The above-mentioned contact failure in the siloxane gas atmosphere may be caused by a discharge between the contacts, and the humidity in the atmosphere can be cited as one of the causes of the discharge. Therefore, there is a demand to perform the test in a state where the humidity in the test chamber is controlled.
However, the conventional test apparatus has been dissatisfied with the unstable control of the siloxane gas concentration in the test chamber. Therefore, the present inventors have provided an exhaust port in the test chamber and supplied siloxane gas-mixed air that has been adjusted to a predetermined concentration in advance to the test chamber.
According to the above-described measures, the siloxane gas concentration in the test chamber converges on the siloxane gas concentration in the air supplied over time, and the siloxane gas concentration in the test chamber is stabilized.
However, according to the above-described measures, there is a problem that the humidity in the test chamber becomes unstable.
That is, according to the above-described measures, the test room is constantly ventilated, and therefore the humidity in the test room constantly varies. When the humidity in the test chamber fluctuates, the dehumidifier (cooler) or humidifier is driven to adjust the humidity. However, the dehumidifier (cooler) or humidifier has a slow follow-up speed, which reduces the humidity in the test chamber. It was difficult to stabilize.
Therefore, in view of the above-described problems, the present invention improves a test method performed in an atmosphere mixed with an organic gas such as siloxane gas and a test apparatus used therefor, and a test method capable of stably controlling humidity. It is another object of the present invention to provide a test apparatus.
The invention described in
Here, “adjusting to the target humidity” means substantially matching the target humidity, and the control index corresponds to the target relative humidity as well as the target relative humidity. The absolute humidity, the dew point of the environment corresponding to the target relative humidity, and the water vapor partial pressure corresponding to the target relative humidity can be employed.
“Air etc.” is intended to include substitute air in addition to air. Nitrogen can be used as substitute air.
Dry air includes not only substitute air that does not contain water vapor such as nitrogen but also dehumidified air. Therefore, dry air is not limited to air that does not contain any water vapor.

Further, the content in the air in which water vapor is saturated can be known from known materials.
Here, “information on water vapor content” means the water vapor volume per unit air volume (unit cubic meter), the mass per unit air mass (unit mg), the content itself such as the number of moles contained per unit volume, etc. In addition to the value, it may be a content rate or concentration value such as weight percent, volume percent, mole percent, or molar concentration. Moreover, the value which shows the density | concentration and content rate of organic gas substantially like the partial pressure of water vapor | steam may be sufficient.
The information on the water vapor content is desirably the partial pressure of water vapor in the saturated state or the concentration of water vapor in the saturated state (Claim 2).
Further, in the mixing ratio R of water vapor saturated air and dry air : (1-R), R represents the partial pressure of water vapor in the saturated state, the partial pressure of saturated water vapor at the dew point corresponding to the target humidity in the test chamber, and the test. It can be calculated from the overall target total pressure in the room by the following equation (claim 3).
Further, the water vapor saturated air is generated by a water vapor saturated air generating device that generates water vapor saturated air by bringing water and air into contact with each other. In the mixing ratio R of water vapor saturated air and dry air : (1-R), R Can also be calculated by the following equation (claim 4).
Furthermore, in the mixing ratio R of steam saturated air and dry air : (1-R), the R can be calculated by any right side with respect to R in the following equation (Claim 5).
That is, R can be calculated by either of the following two expressions.
Moreover, the invention of claim 6 adjusts the organic gas saturated air mixed in the air or the like until the organic gas is saturated, and the organic gas saturated air and the non-gas air not containing the organic gas are adjusted. Based on the information on the content of organic gas in the organic gas saturated air, the mixing ratio r of organic gas saturated air and non-gas air is set so that the concentration of organic gas in the test chamber becomes a target concentration: (1- The test according to any one of

The gas concentration is adjusted to a desired concentration.
That is, “If the conditions such as pressure and temperature are constant, the content of organic gas in the organic gas saturated air is constant”. Therefore, non-gas air (air not containing organic gas) is added to this at a predetermined ratio. If mixed, an organic gas mixed air having a desired concentration can be obtained.
In addition, the content of organic gas in the organic gas saturated air can be known from preliminary experiments and research materials of the former.

The

The organic gas saturated
In addition, the
The
An

In addition,

Next, functions of the

Further, the air diverted to the humidified

And in the
That is, in the present embodiment, as described above, the air supplied from the dry
Conversely, if the ratio of the amount of air passing through the high-concentration

In the

Furthermore, R may be obtained using the following equation.
In the present embodiment, the
And if you install an electrical device with a contact in the
Since the siloxane gas concentration in the automobile in the summer is expected to be about 20 ppm, the environment in the automobile in the summer can be reproduced by adjusting to such a concentration. In addition, as an accelerated test, it is also recommended to perform the test while adjusting the siloxane gas concentration to about 100 to 500 ppm.
In the embodiment described above, the siloxane
However, since the amount of air flowing through the high-
If it is desired to adjust only the concentration of the siloxane gas, it is possible to provide only the siloxane
In the previous embodiment, four flow paths are provided in parallel, and the flow
Further, if the flow
Further, from the measurement value (or flow rate set value) of the flow
Further, when the flow
Further, in each of the above-described embodiments, the siloxane
Further, as shown in FIG. 8, the non-gas
Even when this circuit is employed, it is desirable to provide
