Claims (6)
- 植込み型医療用体内プロテーゼ送達システムの組み立て方法であって、前記植込み型医療用体内プロテーゼ送達システムは、外側シースと、少なくとも部分的に外側シースで取り囲まれるとともにバンパー停止装置を備える内部カテーテルと、外側シースと内部カテーテルとの間に配置されるバンパーとを備えるとともに、外側シースと内部カテーテルとの間のバンパーより先端側に植込み型医療用体内プロテーゼが配置されるように構成され、前記方法は、
貫通ルーメンを有するバンパーを外側シース内に挿入するステップであって、外側シースが先端開口および基端開口を有し、バンパーを挿入するステップが先端開口を介してバンパーを挿入することからなるステップと、
バンパーが外側シース内に存在している間に、外側シースの基端開口を介して、内部カテーテルを外側シース内に挿入し、内部カテーテルの先端部をバンパーのルーメンに通すステップと、
バンパーが基端方向に移動するのを内部カテーテルのバンパー停止装置が防止するように、バンパーとバンパー停止装置とを係合するステップとからなり、
内部カテーテルは、バンパーのルーメンの最小内径よりも大きい外径を有する基端部と、バンパーのルーメンの最小内径よりも小さい外径を有する先端部とを備えることにより、内部カテーテルにバンパー停止装置として作用する肩部が形成されている方法。 - 内部カテーテルの先端部をバンパーのルーメンに通すステップの前に、植込み型医療用体内プロテーゼを外側シース内に挿入するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- バンパーが外側シース内に存在している間に、内部カテーテルを、バンパー停止装置がバンパーと係合するまでバンパーのルーメンに通すステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 植込み型医療用体内プロテーゼを外側シース内に挿入するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 外側シース内に内部カテーテルを挿入するステップを完了する前に、植込み型医療用体内プロテーゼを外側シース内に挿入するステップを開始する、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 植込み型医療用体内プロテーゼ送達システムの組み立て方法であって、前記植込み型医療用体内プロテーゼ送達システムは、外側シースと、少なくとも部分的に外側シースで取り囲まれるとともにバンパー停止装置を備える内部カテーテルと、外側シースと内部カテーテルとの間に配置されるバンパーとを備えるとともに、外側シースと内部カテーテルとの間のバンパーより先端側に植込み型医療用体内プロテーゼが配置されるように構成され、前記方法は、
貫通ルーメンを有するバンパーを外側シースの先端開口に挿入するステップと、
先端開口を介して植込み型医療用体内プロテーゼを外側シース内に挿入するステップと、
外側シースの基端開口を介して内部カテーテルを外側シース内に挿入するステップと、
バンパーが基端方向に移動するのを内部カテーテルのバンパー停止装置が防止するように、バンパーとバンパー停止装置とを係合するステップとからなり、
内部カテーテルは、バンパーのルーメンの最小内径よりも大きい外径を有する基端部と、バンパーのルーメンの最小内径よりも小さい外径を有する先端部とを備えることにより、内部カテーテルにバンパー停止装置として作用する肩部が形成されている方法。
