Claims (8)
- 駆動軸(1)を供給スクリュー(2)に接続し、それにより、少なくとも、ノズル圧力を間接的に測定する測定要素(16)を有する1つのフォースセンサ(15)を備えるプラスチック射出成形機械用のカップリング(3)であって、駆動軸(1)と供給スクリュー(2)との間でトルクを力路Tに沿って伝達するが軸方向力を伝達しない第1の接続部材(28)と、前記第1の接続部材(28)から機械的に分離され、駆動軸(1)と供給スクリュー(2)との間でトルクを伝達しないが軸方向力を力路Aに沿って伝達する第2の接続部材(29)を特徴とし、前記測定要素(16)は、前記第2の接続部材(29)の力路A内に配置され、かつ前記第1の接続部材(28)の力路T内に配置されない、カップリング。
- 前記フォースセンサがひずみ計(16)に基づくことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のカップリング。
- 異なるサイズの供給スクリュー(2)を取り付けることが可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のカップリング。
- 耐捻れ性ならびに耐圧縮性および耐引っ張り性を有する、所望の直径を有するスクリュー(2)の取り付けのための交換可能なアダプタ(17)を特徴とする、請求項3に記載のカップリング。
- 前記フォースセンサ(15)によって測定されるデータを遠隔測定によって転送可能なことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のカップリング。
- 前記データを互いに面する一対のコイル(22、23)によって転送することができ、前記コイルのうちの一方(22)が該カップリングに取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のカップリング。
- 前置増幅器(24)が該カップリングの内部または該カップリングに取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のカップリング。
- 増幅器(26)が該カップリングのステータ筐体の内部または該ステータ筐体に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のカップリング。
