Claims (23)
- 店舗内におけるオペレータの推定される位置を探すための方法であって、
a.前記オペレータの近接位置に保持される少なくとも1つの位置追跡装置によって、前記店舗内における前記オペレータの推定される位置を追跡するステップであって、前記位置追跡装置は、通信用マルチネットワークを介して動作し、位置追跡機能を提供して、前記店舗内における前記オペレータの位置データを判定し、前記通信用マルチネットワークは、
i.非位置データを、少なくとも1つの論理エンジンから前記少なくとも1つの位置追跡装置に転送する少なくとも1つのスター型通信ネットワークと、
ii.前記位置データに基づいて、前記店舗内で前記少なくとも1つの位置追跡装置を追跡する少なくとも1つのメッシュ型通信ネットワークと、
を備える、ステップと、
b.前記通信用マルチネットワークの前記メッシュ型通信ネットワークを介して、前記少なくとも1つの論理エンジンに、位置データを送信するステップと、
c.前記少なくとも1つの論理エンジンによって、前記位置データに基づいて、前記店舗における前記少なくとも1つの位置追跡装置の位置を計算するステップと、
d.計算された前記位置を使用して、経時的に前記店舗内の前記オペレータの前記推定される位置を追跡するステップと、を含み、
各々の前記少なくとも1つの位置追跡装置は、前記システム内のブラインドノードとして動作し、
前記ブラインドノードのそれぞれが、特定のデータ通信無線機に一対一の関係で接続され、前記オペレータの位置に関するデータが、前記関係に基づいて前記ブラインドノードから前記特定のデータ通信無線機に直接的に送信され、前記特定のデータ通信無線機が、前記データを前記論理エンジンに送信する、方法。 - 前記通信用マルチネットワークは、送信範囲を有する少なくとも1つの情報ルータをさらに備え、前記少なくとも1つの情報ルータは、前記店舗周辺に配置され、これによって、前記少なくとも1つの情報ルータは、前記通信用マルチネットワークを介して信号データを受信および送信するように動作する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 各々の前記ブラインドノードは、前記少なくとも1つの情報ルータから信号データを送信および受信し、これによって、前記店舗内の前記通信用マルチネットワークと通信する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの情報ルータは、前記店舗周辺に配置され、各々の前記少なくとも1つの情報ルータは、既知の固定位置を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 各々の前記情報ルータの前記既知の固定位置は、信号データを介して、各々の前記少なくとも1つの情報ルータの前記送信範囲内の各々の前記少なくとも1つの位置追跡装置に継続して通信され、前記信号データは、受信された信号強度を有し、前記受信された信号強度は、各々の前記少なくとも1つの情報ルータに対する各々の前記少なくとも1つの位置追跡装置の近接性に依存する、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記システムは、各々の前記少なくとも1つの位置追跡装置の範囲内の各々の前記情報ルータからの各々の前記受信された信号データの前記受信された信号強度の測定により、前記店舗内の各々の前記少なくとも1つの位置追跡装置の位置を計算する、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 各々の前記少なくとも1つの位置追跡装置は、各々の前記少なくとも1つの位置追跡装置の範囲内の各々の前記情報ルータからの各々の前記受信された信号データの前記受信された信号強度の測定によって、前記店舗内のその位置を計算する、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 各々の前記少なくとも1つの位置追跡装置は、前記通信用マルチネットワークを介して、前記少なくとも1つの論理エンジンに、その前記計算された位置を送信する、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの論理エンジンは、前記位置座標を前記少なくとも1つの論理エンジンに送信する各々の前記少なくとも1つの位置追跡装置の位置を記憶装置に保持する、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記システムは、前記店舗内の各々の前記少なくとも1つの情報ルータに対する各々の前記少なくとも1つの位置追跡装置の前記近接性を計算する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記店舗の地図上に重ね合わされたXおよびYの二次元グリッドをさらに備え、各々の前記少なくとも1つの情報ルータは、1組のXおよびYの位置座標が割り当てられる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 各々の前記少なくとも1つの情報ルータの前記1組のXおよびYの位置座標は、各々の前記少なくとも1つの固定参照ノードから各々の前記少なくとも1つのブラインドノードへ信号を送信することによって、前記通信用マルチネットワークを介して、各々の前記少なくとも1つのブラインドノードへ通信され、前記信号は、受信された信号強度を有する、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記装置は、光線追跡計算を使用することによって、前記信号を前記少なくとも1つのブラインドノードに提供した各々の前記少なくとも1つの固定参照ノードに対する、前記少なくとも1つのブラインドノードの近接性を計算する、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記装置は、前記店舗内の前記オペレータの各々の前記推定位置の履歴経過を作成する、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記装置は、前記履歴経過を保持する、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記1つ以上の論理エンジンは、前記通信用マルチネットワークを介して送信される、前記1つ以上の位置追跡装置から受信された位置追跡情報を管理、整理およびルーティングするように動作し、前記動作するステップは、前記1つ以上の論理エンジンによって実行される、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記店舗全体で前記店舗内の前記オペレータの前記推定位置の前記履歴経過を、前記オペレータによってスキャンされる1つ以上の品物と相関させるステップをさらに含み、前記相関させるステップは、前記1つ以上の論理エンジンによって実行される、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記オペレータは、買い物客、従業員、責任者、および取引業者から成る群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの位置追跡装置は、ワイヤレス端末装置内に配置される、請求項1に記載の方法。
