頂角90°、ピッチが50μmの単位プリズム形状が複数規則的に配列されてなる型に、下記処方の機能層用塗布液を塗布し、厚み100μmの基材であるポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム(コスモシャインA4100:東洋紡績社)を密着させ、ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムと型との間に、型のプリズム形状とは相補的なプリズム形状が形成された機能層(機能層全体の厚み:30μm、平坦部分の厚み:5μm)を充填した。

Claims (7)
- 下記(1)から(3)の工程を順に行うことを特徴とする基材レス機能性部材の製造方法。
(1)所定の凹凸パターンを有する型と基材との間に、電離放射線硬化型樹脂を含む機能層を形成する工程、
(2)機能層に電離放射線を照射して機能層を半硬化させた後、機能層及び基材を型から剥離する工程、
(3)機能層の少なくとも一部に保護シートを貼り付け、機能層及び保護シートを基材から剥離する工程。 - 請求項1に記載の基材レス機能性部材の製造方法であって、
(1)の工程は、所定の凹凸パターンを有する型に、電離放射線硬化型樹脂を含む機能層及び基材を順に積層する工程を含むことを特徴とする製造方法。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の基材レス機能性部材の製造方法であって、
(3)の工程後、(4)機能層から保護シートを剥離する工程を行うことを特徴とする製造方法。 - 請求項3に記載の基材レス機能性部材の製造方法であって、
前記保護シートが接着層を有しており、当該接着層が硬化型樹脂を含み、当該硬化型樹脂に外部エネルギーを加えて当該硬化型樹脂を硬化させた後、前記機能層から前記保護シートを剥離するものであることを特徴とする製造方法。 - 請求項4に記載の基材レス機能性部材の製造方法であって、
前記保護シートの接着層が電離放射線硬化型樹脂を含むものであって、
(3)の工程後、機能層に電離放射線を再照射して前記機能層をさらに硬化させる工程を行い、当該工程の後に前記機能層から前記保護シートを剥離することを特徴とする製造方法。 - 請求項1から5何れか1項に記載の基材レス機能性部材の製造方法であって、
前記機能層を半硬化させた状態における前記基材と前記機能層との接着力が、2.5N/25mm以下であることを特徴とする製造方法。 - 請求項1から6何れか1項に記載の基材レス機能性部材の製造方法であって、
前記基材レス機能性部材が、プリズムシートであることを特徴とする製造方法。
