自動車のフロントピラーの外面を覆うピラーカバーの内側縁沿いにフロントガラスの側縁を覆うモールを取付けたモール取付構造において、
上記モールはこれを上記ピラーカバーに取付けたクリップを介して上記ピラーカバーに沿って設置するようになし、
上記クリップは、上記ピラーカバーの裏面に係止する取付基部と、該取付基部の一端に設けて上記モールを係合させる係合溝を形成する係合部を備え、
上記モールは上記ピラーカバーの内側縁に沿って延びる頭部と、該頭部の裏面側で下方に延出する支持脚と、フロントガラスの側縁に当接するリップを備え、
上記モールは、その支持脚を上記クリップの係合溝に嵌合係止させ、その頭部を上記ピラーカバーとほぼ面一に、かつ上記ピラーカバーの内側縁に当接させて上記クリップを介して上記ピラーカバーの内側縁に沿って取付け、上記モールを上記ピラーカバーと一体にフロントピラーに設置したことを特徴とするフロントピラーのモール取付構造。
