Description
Claims (21)
- RFIDモジュールを含んで成るシステムであって:前記RFIDモジュールは、
RFID情報を保存するメモリと、
第1周波数での第1信号及び第2周波数での第2信号からなる送信されたエネルギを受け取るエネルギ結合器と、
前記第1信号と第2信号を混合して第3周波数での第3信号を発生させるミキシング素子とを備え、前記エネルギ結合器は前記第3信号をEAS検出システムに送信し、
前記RFIDモジュ−ルはEASタグとして機能し、前記第1信号と第2信号を受信、混合し、前記第3信号を発生させ、前記RFIDモジュ−ルに供給される電力の電圧に無関係に前記第3信号を前記EAS検出システムに送信することを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項1のシステムであって、
管理区域において前記第1周波数での前記第1信号を含む前記エネルギを送信する第1送信機と;
前記管理区域において前記第1及び第2信号がオーバラップする場を形成するカバレージ区域において前記第2周波数での前記第2信号を含む前記エネルギを送信する第2送信機と;
をさらに含んで成るシステム。 - 請求項1のシステムであって、前記第3信号を受信し、前記管理区域内の前記RFIDモジュールの存在を検出する受信機をさらに含んで成るシステム。
- 請求項1のシステムであって、前記エネルギ結合器がインデューサとキャパシタを含んで成るシステム。
- 請求項1のシステムであって、前記第1信号は電磁信号であり、前記第2信号が磁場であるシステム。
- 請求項1のシステムであって、前記第1周波数は前記第2周波数より大きいシステム。
- 請求項1のシステムであって、前記第1周波数は、約13.56MHzと約915MHzから成るグループから選択されるシステム。
- 請求項1のシステムであって、前記第2周波数は、約8.2MHz、約111.5kHz、及び約58kHzから成るグループから選択されるシステム。
- 請求項1のシステムであって、第3前記周波数は、約5.36MHzと13.502MHzから成るグループから選択されるシステム。
- 請求項1のシステムであって、前記ミキシング素子は非線形素子を含んで成るシステム。
- 請求項10のシステムであって、前記非線形素子は、変調インピーダンス、同調キャパシタ、可変容量ダイオード(バラクタ)、金属酸化膜半導体(MOS)キャパシタ、相補形金属酸化膜半導体キャパシタ、バラクタダイオードキャパシタ、交流−直流変換器、整流器、ダイオード、バイポーラ接合トランジスタ、電場効果トランジスタ、磁気要素、及び非線型共振器から成るグループから選択されるシステム。
- 請求項1のシステムであって、前記エネルギ結合器はダイポールアンテナと整合回路を含んで成るシステム。
- 請求項1のシステムであって、前記第1信号は電磁信号であり、前記第2信号が磁場であるシステム。
- 請求項1のシステムであって、前記第2周波数は、650−950Hzの周波数での信号によってFSK変調されているシステム。
- それぞれ第1及び第2周波数での第1及び第2信号をRFIDモジュールにおいて受信し;
前記第1及び第2信号を前記RFIDモジュールで混合し;
第3周波数での第3信号を発生させ;
第3前記信号をEAS検出システムに送信する;
ことを含み、
前記RFIDモジュ−ルはEASタグとして機能し、前記第1信号と第2信号を受信、混合し、前記第3信号を発生させ、前記RFIDモジュ−ルに供給される電力の電圧に無関係に前記第3信号を前記EAS検出システムに送信することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項15の方法であって:前記第1周波数で前記第1信号を送信し;前記第2周波数で前記第2信号を送信する;ことをさらに含んで成る方法。
- 請求項16の方法であって、前記第3周波数で前記第3信号を受信し;前記RFIDモジュールの存在を検出する;ことをさらに含んで成る方法。
- 請求項15の方法であって、前記第1周波数での前記第1信号を受信することは、約13.56MHzと約915MHzから成るグループから選択された周波数で前記第1信号を受信することを含んで成る方法。
- 請求項15の方法であって、前記第2周波数で前記第2信号を受信することは、約8.2MHz、約111.5kHz、及び約58kHzから成るグループから選択された周波数で前記第2信号を受け取ることを含んで成る方法。
- 請求項15の方法であって、前記第3周波数での前記第3信号を受信することは約5.36MHzと約13.502MHzから成るグループから選択された周波数で前記第3信号受信することを含んで成る方法。
- 請求項15の方法であって、前記第2周波数をFSK変調することをさらに含んで成る方法。
