Description
The present invention relates to a hybrid hydraulic excavator including an electronic component module that radiates heat generated from a plurality of electronic components and cools the plurality of electronic components, and includes an electronic component module that accommodates and holds the plurality of electronic components. .
A hybrid vehicle in which an engine and an electric motor are mounted as a drive source includes a power storage device that stores electric power generated by the engine driving the electric motor. The power storage device also has a function as a power source for supplying power to the electric motor. As such a power storage device, for example, a capacitor module configured using a large-capacity capacitor is applied.
When a capacitor module is mounted on a hybrid type construction machine, the construction machine frequently drives and decelerates in units of several seconds to several tens of seconds. Therefore, the load applied to the capacitor varies greatly, and the calorific value of the capacitor tends to increase. For this reason, there is a problem that the capacitor is rapidly deteriorated and the life of the capacitor is shortened.
In order to prevent the above-described shortening of the life of the capacitor, it is desirable that the internal temperature of the capacitor does not exceed the heat-resistant temperature of the capacitor (for example, 60 ° C.) even if the load applied to the capacitor varies greatly. For this purpose, a mechanism for cooling the capacitor by efficiently radiating the heat generated from the capacitor and always keeping the capacitor at a temperature lower than the heat-resistant temperature is required. Under such circumstances, various techniques for cooling electronic components such as a capacitor that has generated heat have been proposed (see, for example,
By the way, in construction machines, in order to be able to mount various work devices, it is required to reduce the size and space of each work device. In the case of a capacitor module which is one of the working devices, the capacitor module is often reduced in size and space by increasing the integration degree of the capacitor. However, when the capacitor is highly integrated, even if the conventional electronic component cooling technology described above is applied, the heat generated from the capacitor cannot be sufficiently dissipated, and the internal temperature of the capacitor is reduced to a heat resistant temperature or lower. I couldn't keep it.
The present invention has been made in view of the above, and even when a plurality of electronic components are arranged with a high degree of integration, the heat generated from the electronic components is accurately radiated, and the inside of the electronic components is It is an object of the present invention to provide a hybrid hydraulic excavator having an electronic component module that includes an electronic component cooling device capable of maintaining a temperature within a predetermined range and accommodates and holds a plurality of electronic components.
In order to solve the above-described problems and achieve the object, a hybrid hydraulic excavator according to the present invention includes an engine, an electric assist motor that assists in driving the engine, and a swivel unit with a predetermined distance from the self-running unit. Electric swivel motor swiveling around a shaft, capacitor module having a plurality of capacitor cells attached to a cooling plate having a cooling channel for flowing a cooling medium, capacitor module, electric assist motor, and electric swivel motor And a cooler that cools and circulates the cooling medium, and the cooling medium cooled by the cooler is a cooling channel of the cooling plate, the controller, and the electric swing motor. It is characterized by being circulated in order.
The hybrid hydraulic excavator according to the present invention is characterized in that, in the above invention, the adjacent capacitor cells are connected by a bus bar.
In the hybrid hydraulic excavator according to the present invention as set forth in the invention described above, the capacitor module is supported by an anti-vibration rubber.
According to the present invention, the cooling medium cooled by the cooler is circulated in the order of the cooling flow path of the cooling plate, the controller, and the electric swing motor. Can be performed with the highest priority.
The best mode for carrying out the present invention (hereinafter referred to as “embodiment”) will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Note that the drawings referred to in the following description are merely schematic, and when the same object is shown in different drawings, dimensions, scales, and the like may be different.
FIG. 1 is a plan view showing a schematic configuration of an electronic component module according to an embodiment of the present invention. 2 is a partial cross-sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. FIG. 3 is a partial cross-sectional view taken along line BB in FIG. In this embodiment, a capacitor is applied as an electronic component. For this reason, the electronic component module according to the present embodiment is a capacitor module configured by electrically connecting a plurality of capacitor cells each containing and holding a capacitor.
The
The
The
The
Since the
In addition, it is more preferable to form an insulating synthetic resin film on the outer surface of the
The
By the way, when the
The wiring Wc accommodated in the
Two
The
Note that FIG. 1 illustrates a case where the
FIG. 4 is a view showing an internal configuration of the
The
The plate-
The
The
The cross-sectional areas of the planes orthogonal to the extending direction of the
In the cross section shown in FIG. 3, the sum of the cross-sectional areas of the
FIG. 5 is a diagram illustrating an example of setting an appropriate cross-sectional area ratio. In FIG. 5, a curve L1 represents the relationship between the mechanical strength of the
The

The cell attachment holes 34 are arranged at equal intervals along the extending direction of the
The
In the plate-
When the
Next, the configuration of the
The controller has a power conversion function and a boost function, and performs charge / discharge control of the
The
The
The
In the present embodiment, the
The
In the
The
FIG. 6 is a diagram illustrating a schematic configuration of a construction machine that is an example of a hybrid vehicle to which the
In the
As described above, the
Further, in the present embodiment, each
By the way, in the
Even when the
According to one embodiment of the present invention described above, a cooling plate having a flat plate shape having a cooling flow path for flowing a cooling medium and a plurality of through holes into which screw members for attaching electronic components can be inserted. The cooling flow paths extend linearly in directions parallel to each other, are arranged at equal intervals in the width direction orthogonal to the extending direction, and have a plurality of equal cross-sectional areas in a plane orthogonal to the extending direction. The plurality of through-holes penetrate the cooling plate in the plate thickness direction and are regularly arranged along the extending direction between the adjacent straight flow paths. Even when a plurality of electronic components are provided, the heat generated from the electronic components can be accurately dissipated and the internal temperature of the electronic components can be maintained within a predetermined range.
FIG. 7 is a partial cross-sectional view showing a configuration of a capacitor module according to a modification of the present embodiment, and corresponds to FIG. In addition to the configuration of the
While the
Up to here, the case where the electronic component is a capacitor has been described as the best mode for carrying out the present invention. However, the cooling device for electronic components and the electronic component module according to the present invention are provided for electronic components other than capacitors. Even can be applied.
