Claims (5)

測定対象物に存在する隣り合う異なった表面間の表面変化部分について、当該測定対象物の焼入深さを測定する非破壊測定方法であり、
前記隣り合う異なった表面は、ほぼ直交する縦面と横面であり、
前記表面変化部分を挟んだ前記縦面と前記横面に対して第1センサと第2センサとを配置し、この配置は、前記縦面に前記第1センサの先端を接触させた後、前記横面に前記第2センサの先端を接触させることにより行い、
前記第1センサと前記第2センサとの間で電気的な処理を行うことによって得られる電気的出力を一つの電位差の測定値とし、
一方、前記測定対象物に存在する一又は二以上の表面変化部分の形状に応じた焼入深さと電位差の測定値との相関関係を示す一つの検量線データを予め得ておき、
前記一つの電位差の測定値と前記検量線データとを比較して前記表面変化部分について焼入深さを求めることを特徴とする非破壊測定方法。
