Description
Claims (17)
- 眼科手術の間、安定した高真空を実現する装置であって、上記装置は、
真空源に接続され、外科手術用のハンドピースから排液タンクまで流体の流れを可能とするように形成された主吸引配管と、
上記主吸引配管と連通して配置され、その配管部の中に内径制限部を有する第1の配管部であって、第1の配管部が全開の状態において、上記内径制限部は第1の配管部よりも小さな断面積を有する、第1の配管部と、
上記主吸引配管と連通して上記第1の配管部と略平行に配置された第2の配管部であって、上記第2の配管部および上記内径制限部が全開の状態において、上記内径制限部よりも大きい断面積を有する第2の配管部と、
上記第2の配管部に配置され、上記外科手術用のハンドピースにおける閉塞を取り除くことにより上記主吸引配管での真空の急上昇を制限するために上記第1及び第2の配管部を流れる流量を制御するように形成されたバルブとを備える装置。 - 選択された真空レベルが検知された場合にバルブの操作を促すように、上記主吸引配管に配置された真空センサをさらに備える請求項1に記載の装置。
- 上記バルブは、ピンチ弁である、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 上記第2の配管部は、限定流路を内壁に含む断面を有する輪郭を含む、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 上記ピンチ弁は、上記内壁を互いの方に向かって押しつけて上記第2の配管部をつぶすために配置されている、請求項4に記載の装置。
- バルブを最大限に操作して上記第2の配管部をつぶすことによって、上記限定流路を通る流体の流れを可能にする、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 上記第1及び第2の配管部は、互いに離間した共通連通部で上記主吸引配管と連通している、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 上記バルブは、上記互いに離間した共通連通部の中間に配置される、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 選択された真空レベルが検知された場合にバルブの操作を促すように、上記主吸引配管に配置された真空センサをさらに備える請求項8に記載の装置。
- 上記バルブは、ピンチ弁である、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 上記第2の配管部は、限定流路を内壁に含む断面を有する輪郭を含む、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 上記ピンチ弁は、上記内壁を互いの方に向かって押しつけて上記第2の配管部をつぶすために配置されている、請求項11に記載の装置。
- バルブを最大限に操作して上記第2の配管部をつぶすことによって、上記限定流路を通る流体の流れを可能にする、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 上記外科用のハンドピースは、水晶体超音波乳化吸引術のハンドピースである、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 流量センサをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 上記第2の配管部は、円形の断面を有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 上記バルブは、上記第2の配管部を部分的に又は全体的につぶすために動作する、請求項1に記載の装置。
