被取付部材に装着される取付部材に突設状態で配設される座面部材に樹脂製のクリップ本体を取付けたクリップ構造体を、被取付部材に形成された取付孔に該被取付部材の挿入方向表面側から裏面側に向けて挿入して、取付部材を被取付部材に着脱可能に取付ける形式の二部材組み付け構造であって、
前記クリップ本体は、内側に形成される、前記座面部材を挟持する一対の座面係合部片と、外側に形成される、前記被取付部材の取付孔に係止する係止肩を外方に突起形成し、拡開方向に弾発力を付与された一対の取付係止片とを有し、
前記一対の取付係止片には、挿入方向後方に向けて脚片が延設形成されており、
前記座面部材は、低保持用の第1の座面部材と、高保持用の第2の座面部材との二種類が準備され、
前記第1の座面部材は、前記クリップ構造体を前記被取付部材から抜去する際に前記クリップ本体の脚片と該座面部材とが当接しないように形成されており、
前記第2の座面部材は、前記クリップ構造体を前記被取付部材から抜去する際に前記クリップ本体の脚片と該座面部材とが当接するように形成されていることを特徴とする二部材組み付け構造
