Claims (6)

前記許可されたエンドユーザによって前記機械監視システムへインポートされた、前記ルールセットに関連し、前記プラント資産の機器の動作パラメータ及びルールセットオペランド相対パス情報を含むデータ入力を、前記オペランド相対パス情報の少なくとも一部を使用して、ロケートするように構成された前記少なくとも1つのルールセットを、プラント監視制御システム(20)により監視される特定のプラント資産に適用することと;
前記少なくとも1つの関係式及び前記データ入力を使用して、前記少なくとも1つのルールセットのデータ出力を判定することと;
前記機械監視システム及び前記プラント監視制御システムのうちの少なくとも一方へ前記データ出力を送信することと
前記機械監視システム及び前記プラント監視制御システムのうちの少なくとも一方によって、前記データ出力に基づき前記プラント資産の状態を判定することと
から成る方法。 - ルールセットを表すデータをインポートすることは、前記ルールセットを拡張マークアップ言語(XML)ファイルとして受信することを含む請求項1記載の方法。
- ルールセットを表すデータをインポートすることは、Eメール及びCD‐ROMのうちの少なくとも一方を介して前記ルールセットを受信することを含む請求項1記載の方法。
- ルールセットを表すデータをインポートすることは、前記ルールセットをルールセットライブラリへインポートすることを含む請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記プラント監視制御システムは、1つの企業により動作される複数のプラント監視制御システムのうちの1つであり、前記ルールセットを表すデータをインポートすることは、
特定のプラント資産型に基づいて基本ルールセットを作成することと;
前記基本ルールセットを編集し、特定プラント資産向けルールセットを作成することと;
前記ルールセットを前記機械監視システムへ送信することとを含む請求項1記載の方法。 - ルールセットを表すデータをインポートすることは、プラント資産設計データ又はプラント資産保守履歴を使用して、前記特定プラント資産向けルールセットを試験することを更に含む請求項5記載の方法。
