Description

The present invention relates to a temporary connection structure between a horizontal frame member and a vertical frame member in a door frame, and a door frame structure using the temporary connection structure.

Conventionally, when assembling a four-sided frame-shaped door frame, the end of the vertical frame extending in the vertical direction and the end of the horizontal frame extending in the horizontal direction are brought into contact with each other and welded. However, in order to perform welding while abutting the end portions of the vertical frame and the horizontal frame, two people are required, one who holds the end portion while holding the abutting state between the end portions and the other who performs the welding operation. Moreover, in the work while pressing the ends of the vertical frame and the horizontal frame, the abutting position is likely to be shifted, and as a result, the finish accuracy of the door frame may be lowered.

Moreover, the door frame is usually shipped in a state assembled as a four-sided frame. This is because the accuracy of the door frame does not come out when assembled on site, and it takes time to assemble on site. Also, as mentioned above, when assembling, the work of two people, the person holding temporarily and the person fixing it This is due to reasons such as If the door frame can be shipped as it is and assembled at the site, the transportation cost can be reduced by improving the loading efficiency during transportation. Also, if the door frame is shipped in the assembled state as a four-sided frame, if the work to fill the interior of the railings on site to reinforce the railings (lower frame) can be shipped as each frame material, Can be done.

In Patent Document 1, in a door frame provided at a wall surface opening of a building, a first frame plate portion and a first finding portion are formed by bending a first frame plate along a longitudinal direction. A first frame member provided with a tenon at an end of the frame surface portion thereof, and a second frame plate portion and a second finding portion are formed by bending the second frame plate along the longitudinal direction; A second frame member provided with a mortise in the second frame surface portion, and the first frame member and the second frame member include the first finding portion and the second finding member. The door frame is characterized in that the tenon and the tenon hole are fitted and joined together by welding, and the tenon passed through the tenon hole is formed. Bending and welding may reduce workability.

In Patent Document 2, a locking tongue piece is formed on one end surface portion of each connecting portion of the frame, and a locking hole is formed on the other side surface portion or upper surface portion of each connecting portion. The door frame is a door frame that is fixed by fitting and folding the retaining tongue into the locking hole, inserting a fixing screw as a fixing member from the mounting hole side, and further screwing it into the mounting hole. Although this thing does not perform a welding operation | work, the bending operation | work of a latching tongue piece is needed and there exists a possibility that workability | operativity may fall.

Although this thing can solve the trouble resulting from welding work, since it is necessary to drive a fixed nail in the state which matched the position of frame materials correctly, it cannot necessarily be said that workability | operativity is good.
JP2007-70843 JP 2002-174083 A Japanese Patent No. 3281933

An object of the present invention is to perform the assembly work of the door frame efficiently by one person without reducing the finishing accuracy.

Another object of the present invention is to enable the door frame assembly work to be performed on site.

The first technical means adopted by the present invention is a temporary connection structure of a horizontal frame material and a vertical frame material in a door frame,
A plate-shaped projecting piece is formed on the end face in the length direction of one of the frame members,
An insertion groove into which the protruding piece is inserted is formed on the surface portion of the other frame member,
In the one frame member, on the base end side of the plate-like projecting piece , it is located on the end surface in the length direction of the one frame member, and is perpendicular to the projecting direction of the projecting piece and the insertion groove A fitting groove extending in the groove width direction is formed,
In the other frame member, a portion located at an edge in the groove width direction of the insertion groove of the surface portion forms a fitted portion into which the fitting groove is fitted,
The projecting piece inserted from the projecting direction of the projecting piece into the insertion groove has a groove width of the inserting groove in a state in which the end face in the length direction of the one frame member is in contact with the surface portion of the other frame member. By moving in the direction, the fitting groove can be fitted into the fitted portion without any gap ,
With the end surface in the length direction of the one frame member in contact with the surface portion of the other frame member, the fitting groove of the projecting piece of the one frame member and the fitted portion of the other frame member are It is the temporary connection structure characterized by being in a fitting state without a gap .

In one aspect, the narrow guide part is formed in the front end side of the protrusion. By forming the guide portion on the tip side of the projecting piece, the projecting operation of the projecting piece into the insertion groove can be performed smoothly. In one embodiment, an expanding guide portion is formed in the opening of the fitting groove on the base end side of the projecting piece. By forming the guide part in the opening of the fitting groove on the base end side of the projecting piece, the fitting groove of the projecting piece inserted into the insertion groove and the end edge of the insertion groove can be smoothly fitted. .

A second technical means adopted by the present invention is a door frame structure using the temporary connection structure, wherein a surface portion in which a first screw hole is formed is provided on a longitudinal end surface of the one frame member. The surface portion in which the first screw hole is formed may be a part formed integrally with the one frame member or a separate member attached to the one frame member.

The temporary assembling work using the temporary connection structure according to the present invention includes inserting the protruding piece of one frame member into the insertion groove of the other frame member, and sliding the inserted protruding piece in the groove width direction of the inserting groove. In addition, since the diagonal dimensions of the entire frame can be easily obtained by sliding the frame members together, temporary assembly work can be performed alone. And at the time of temporary assembly, since the end portions of the frame members have already been matched, the main assembly work after the temporary assembly can be performed alone.

For example, by performing the main assembly work using screws, all of the temporary assembly work and the main assembly work can be performed on site. Therefore, the door frame can be shipped as it is, and the transportation cost can be reduced by improving the loading efficiency during transportation. In addition, shipping the door frame as it is, there is an advantage that the storage space for each frame material can be saved as compared with the case where the door frame is shipped as a four-sided frame.

The basic configuration of the other vertical frame 4 is the same as that of the vertical frame 3, and the vertical frame 4 is a long member extending in the vertical direction, and an expected piece extending in the opening height direction of the opening. 40, the first finding piece 41 and the second finding piece 42 extending in opposite directions from both edges in the width direction of the expecting piece 40, and the extending ends of the first finding piece 41 and the second finding piece 42 And a first bent piece 43 and a second bent piece 44 (see FIGS. 2 and 3). The expectation piece 40 includes a first expectation surface 400 and a second expectation surface 401, and a step 402 is formed between the first expectation surface 400 and the second expectation surface 401. Insertion grooves 45, 46, 47, and 48 for inserting the projecting pieces 15, 16, 24, and 25 are formed at the upper end portion and the lower end portion of the first expectation surface 400 and the second expectation surface 401.

The first prospecting surface 300 of the vertical frame 3, the insertion grooves 35, 36, 37, and 38 formed in the upper end portion and the lower end portion of the second prospective surface 301, and the first expectation surface 400 and the second expectation of the vertical frame 4. The dimensions (groove width dimension and groove clearance) of the insertion grooves 45, 46, 47, 48 formed in the upper end portion and the lower end portion of the surface 401 are dimensions that can accept the corresponding projecting pieces 15, 16, 24, 25. -Needless to say, it has a shape. In the illustrated embodiment, each of the projecting pieces 15, 16, 24, 25 extends horizontally, and the insertion grooves 35, 36, 37, 38, 45, 46, 47, 48 are also expected surfaces of the vertical frames 3, 4. 300, 301, 400, 401 are formed horizontally. Further, one end side of the insertion groove may be open (see FIG. 14A, insertion groove 36 in FIG. 15), and in that case, the width dimension of the projecting piece is larger than the width dimension of the insertion groove. Also good. Moreover, in one aspect, the plate | board thickness of the upper frame 1, the lower frame 2, and the vertical frames 3 and 4 is 1.6 mm, and the clearance gap between the fitting grooves S is 1.7 mm-1.9 mm.

The temporary assembly of the upper frame 1, the lower frame 2, and the vertical frames 3 and 4 formed as described above will be described with reference to FIG. 9 by taking the connection between the upper frame 1 and the vertical frame 3 as an example. First, the projecting piece 15 projecting from the end surface 100A in the length direction of the first lower surface portion 100 of the lower surface portion 10 of the upper frame 1 is inserted into the insertion groove 35 formed in the first prospective surface 300 of the vertical frame 3. Insert until 100A and the first prospective surface 300 abut. Next, the upper frame 1 is formed on the proximal end side of the projecting piece 15 by sliding the upper frame 1 in the groove width direction (horizontal direction) of the insertion groove 35 in a state where the end surface 100A and the first prospective surface 300 are in contact with each other. The fitting groove S is fitted to one end edge (fitted part) 35A of the insertion groove 35 to be in a fitting state (see FIG. 8B). In the present embodiment, since the upper frame 1 is formed with the two projecting pieces 15, 16, the fitting between the projecting piece 15 and the insertion groove 35 and the fitting between the projecting piece 16 and the insertion groove 36 are actually performed. Are performed simultaneously. The same procedure is performed when the upper frame 1 and the vertical frame 4 are temporarily assembled.

Similarly, the projecting piece 24 projecting from the end surface in the length direction of the first upper surface portion 200 of the upper surface portion 20 of the lower frame 2 and the projecting piece 25 projecting from the end surface in the length direction of the second upper surface portion 201. The end face, the first prospecting surface 300, and the second expectation surface 301 come into contact with the insertion groove 37 formed on the first expectation surface 300 of the vertical frame 3 and the insertion groove 38 formed on the second expectation surface 301. Insert until Next, the lower frame 2 is slid in the groove width direction (horizontal direction) of the insertion grooves 37 and 38 in a state where the end face is in contact with the first appearance surface 300 and the second appearance surface 301, so that the projecting piece 24. , 25 are fitted into one end edge of the insertion grooves 37, 38. In one embodiment, the sliding movement distance of the fitting groove S is 3 mm to 5 mm, and the alignment of the finding surfaces can be adjusted when the frame members are assembled within the range of this distance. Further, in the illustrated embodiment, two corners of each frame member are fitted at a total of eight locations, so that a total of eight corners can be easily fitted, so that diagonal dimensions can be easily obtained, and temporary assembly work can be performed by one person. Become.

Insertion grooves 35, 36, 45, 46, 37, 38, 47, 48 are formed in the portions where the protruding pieces 15, 16, 24, 25 are formed in the upper frame 1 and the lower frame 2, and the vertical frames 3, 4. The positional relationship between the positions is such that when the upper frame 1 and the lower frame 2 and the vertical frames 3 and 4 are temporarily assembled, that is, after the protruding piece inserted into the insertion groove is slid, an appropriate matching position is obtained. Is previously formed. Therefore, since the end portions of the frame members (the end surface 100A and the first prospective surface 300) have already been matched at the time of the temporary assembly, the main assembly work after the temporary assembly can be performed alone. In the fitting state between the fitting groove S and the end edges of the insertion grooves 35, 36, 45, 46, 37, 38, 47, 48, the frame material is made of steel or stainless steel, and has a characteristic that a spring back is generated. For this reason, even if a processing error occurs in the frame material, a slight distortion occurs, so that the upper frame, the lower frame, and the vertical frame can be firmly fitted together without any gaps.

A screw hole (not shown) is formed in the upper end portion of the vertical frame 4 so as to be located above the insertion grooves 45 and 46. A screw hole (not shown) is formed in the lower end portion of the vertical frame 4 so as to be located below the grooves 47 and 48.

As shown in FIGS. 15 to 17, the projecting piece 15 projecting from the end surface in the length direction of the first lower surface portion 1000 of the lower surface portion 10 of the upper frame 1, and the end surface in the length direction of the second lower surface portion 1001. The protruding piece 16 is inserted into the insertion groove 35 formed in the first expectation surface 3000 of the vertical frame 3 and the insertion groove 36 formed in the second expectation surface 3001, the end face, the first expectation surface 3000, 2 Insert in the horizontal direction until the prospective surface 3001 contacts (FIGS. 15 and 16). As shown in FIG. 16, in this state, the positions of the screw holes H1 and H2 on the upper frame 1 side and the screw holes H5 and H6 on the vertical frame 3 side do not match.

Next, by sliding the upper frame 1 in the width direction (horizontal direction) of the insertion grooves 35 and 36 from the state of FIG. 16, the fitting groove S formed on the proximal end side of the projecting pieces 15 and 16 becomes the insertion groove. It fits into one end edge of 35 and 36, becomes a fitting state, and is temporarily assembled (FIG. 17). The operations up to here are the same as those in the first embodiment, and the description of the second embodiment can be incorporated into the first embodiment.

In the state of FIG. 17, the positions of the screw holes H1 and H2 on the upper frame 1 side and the screw holes H5 and H6 on the vertical frame 3 side coincide with each other, and the first prospective surface 3000 and the second prospective surface 3001 of the vertical frame 3. The vertical frame 3 and the upper frame 1 are fixed by screwing the screw 7 into the screw holes H1 and H5 and the screw holes H2 and H6 from the back side of the screw. In the state of FIG. 17, the upper frame 1 and the vertical frame 3 are temporarily assembled, and the positions of the screw holes H1, H2 on the upper frame 1 side and the screw holes H5, H6 on the vertical frame 3 side are the same. Fixing work using the screw 7 is simple.

Although the connection between one end of the upper frame 1 and the vertical frame 3 has been described, the connection between the other end of the upper frame 1 and the vertical frame 4, each end of the lower frame 2 and the vertical frames 3, 4 This also applies to the connection of. Since the welding operation is not used in the door structure of the second embodiment, the upper frame 1, the lower frame 2, and the vertical frames 3 and 4, which are each frame material constituting the door frame, are carried into the site as they are and temporarily assembled at the site. Later, the door frame can be formed by fixing with screws 7.

The present invention can be used as a door frame structure.
