Claims (8)
- 複数のインクチャンバが形成される流路プレートと、
前記インクチャンバのインクを外部に吐出するために前記インクチャンバに夫々連結される複数のノズルが形成されるノズルプレートと、
前記流路プレート及び前記ノズルプレートのうち少なくとも一方に、インクの温度を制御するための熱交換流路が形成される温度制御部と、
を含み、
前記温度制御部は、前記熱交換流路が前記インクチャンバの四方を取り囲むように形成されるインクジェットヘッド。 - 前記温度制御部は、前記熱交換流路を通じて液体の冷媒が循環することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインクジェットヘッド。
- 前記温度制御部は、前記熱交換流路を通じて気体の冷媒が循環することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインクジェットヘッド。
- 前記温度制御部は、前記熱交換流路が前記インクチャンバを取り囲むように形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載のインクジェットヘッド。
- 前記流路プレート及び前記ノズルプレートの間に配置され、前記インクチャンバ及び前記ノズルを連結するダンパを備える中間プレートをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載のインクジェットヘッド。
- 前記温度制御部は、前記ダンパを取り囲むように形成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のインクジェットヘッド。
- 流路プレート及びノズルプレートを提供する段階と、
インクチャンバ及びノズルの四方を取り囲む経路を有する溝を形成させる段階と、
前記流路プレートと前記ノズルプレートを互いに接着させて、上記溝によってインクの温度を制御するための熱交換流路を形成させる段階と、
を含むインクジェットヘッドの製造方法。 - 前記熱交換流路を形成させる段階は、エッチング工程を経て前記溝を形成させることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のインクジェットヘッドの製造方法。
