Claims (20)
- (a)第1の合成ガスを形成すること、
(b)少なくとも2体積%のCO2を含む第1の合成ガスの少なくとも一部をフィッシャートロプシュ反応器中で反応させて、第1の炭化水素系生成物と、少なくとも2体積%のCO2を含む第2の合成ガスとを形成すること、
(c)第2の合成ガスを水素含有流と混合して、少なくとも1.0のH2:(CO+CO2)のモル比を有する調節された合成ガスを提供すること、
(d)調節された合成ガスの少なくとも一部を二重機能性合成ガス変換反応器中で反応させて、第2の炭化水素系生成物と、調節された合成ガス中に存在した量よりも少量のCO2を含む第3の合成ガスとを形成すること、及び
(e)フィッシャートロプシュ反応器内での使用のために第1の合成ガスと混合するように、第3の合成ガスの少なくとも一部を再循環すること
を含む、フィッシャートロプシュ反応器を用いる合成ガスの変換のための方法。 - 前記第3の合成ガスの少なくとも一部がその方法において燃料として使用される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記フィッシャートロプシュ反応器が、スラリー床反応器、固定床反応器、流動床反応器及びその組合せからなる群から選択される反応器である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記フィッシャートロプシュ反応器が、コバルトを含むフィッシャートロプシュ触媒を含むスラリー床反応器である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記二重機能性合成ガス変換反応器が、銅、クロム、アルミナ、亜鉛、鉄、コバルト、ニッケル、ルテニウム、トリウム、ロジウム、オスミウム、及びその組合せからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の元素を含む、触媒を含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記触媒がゼオライトを含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記ゼオライトがMFI構造を有する、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記調節された合成ガスが、1.25〜3.0のH2:(CO+CO2)のモル比を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記二重機能性合成ガス変換反応器が、300℃〜500℃の温度及び25気圧〜100気圧の圧力を含む条件下で運転される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記温度が375℃〜425℃であり、前記圧力が35気圧〜75気圧である、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記二重機能性合成ガス変換反応器中のCO2変換が20%〜80%である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第2の合成ガスと混合された前記水素含有流が、C6〜C10ナフサ改質、C10+含有原料の水素化処理からの未反応水素、合成ガス、及びその組合せからなる群から選択される源から得られる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 吸着、吸収、低温分離、膜分離、及びその組合せからなる群から選択される回収プロセスを用いることによって、水素含有流に使用するための水素の回収をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。

- 前記CO2含有量が10体積%以下である、請求項16に記載の方法。
- (a)少なくとも2体積%のCO2を含む第1の合成ガスの少なくとも一部を反応させて、第1の炭化水素系生成物と、少なくとも2体積%のCO2を含む第2の合成ガスとを形成するフィッシャートロプシュ反応器と、
(b)第2の合成ガスと混合して調節された合成ガスを形成する水素含有流を供給する水素源と、
(c)調節された合成ガスの少なくとも一部を反応させて、第2の炭化水素系生成物と、調節された合成ガス中に存在した量よりも少量のCO2を含む第3の合成ガスとを形成する二重機能性合成ガス変換反応器と、
(d)フィッシャートロプシュ反応器内での使用のために第1の合成ガスと混合するように、第3の合成ガスの少なくとも一部を再循環するための手段と
を含む、ガスの液化設備。 - 前記フィッシャートロプシュ反応器が、スラリー床反応器、固定床反応器、流動床反応器、及びその組合せからなる群から選択される反応器である、請求項18に記載の設備。
- 前記フィッシャートロプシュ反応器が、コバルトを含むフィッシャートロプシュ触媒を含むスラリー床反応器である、請求項18に記載の設備。
