Description
Claims (12)
- シン・ステーション・コントローラ・クライアントであって、
製造実行システムハンドラと、
製造装置ハンドラと、
レシピ・ハンドラと、
ジョブ管理機能をサポートするアプリケーション・プログラミング・インターフェース(API)、及び製造装置との通信機能をサポートする製造装置サーバに対するインターフェースを含むソフトウエア・ライブラリを含み、
前記ステーション・コントローラは、前記製造装置サーバと通信し、前記製造装置サーバは一又はそれ以上のツールと、並びに、統計プロセス制御を実行するクライアントであり、前記製造装置サーバと通信し、当該製造装置サーバからのデータを利用する(1)統計プロセス制御(SPC)クライアント、装置エンジニアリング能力を実行するクライアントであり、前記製造装置サーバと通信し、当該製造装置サーバからのデータを利用する(2)装置エンジニアリング能力(EEC)クライアント、又は、高度プロセス制御を実行するクライアントであり、前記製造装置サーバと通信し、当該製造装置サーバからのデータを利用する(3)高度プロセス制御(APC)クライアントと通信することを特徴とするシン・ステーション・コントローラ・クライアント。 - 前記ジョブ管理機能は、SEMI E40及びSEMI E94標準に対するサポートを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシン・ステーション・コントローラ・クライアント。
- 前記シン・ステーション・コントローラ・クライアントは、.NET通信フレームワークを利用して前記製造装置サーバと通信することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシン・ステーション・コントローラ・クライアント。
- 前記シン・ステーション・コントローラ・クライアントは、製造実行システム(MES)ハンドラを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシン・ステーション・コントローラ・クライアント。
- 前記シン・ステーション・コントローラ・クライアントは、製造実行システム(MES)と通信することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のシン・ステーション・コントローラ・クライアント。
- 前記シン・ステーション・コントローラ・クライアントは、レシピ・ハンドラを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシン・ステーション・コントローラ・クライアント。
- 前記シン・ステーション・コントローラ・クライアントは、レシピ管理システム(RMS)と通信することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のシン・ステーション・コントローラ・クライアント。
- シン・ステーション・コントローラ・クライアント利用する方法であって、
前記シン・ステーション・コントローラ・クライアントにおいて、ジョブの開始時及び実行時の挙動を特定するジョブ・コンフィギュレーション情報を受け取るステップと、
前記ジョブ・コンフィギュレーション情報に基づいて、ジョブ要求及びレシピを含むジョブ指示を、前記シン・ステーション・コントローラ・クライアントから前記製造装置サーバに通知するステップと、
を含み、
前記製造装置サーバは一又はそれ以上のツールと、並びに、統計プロセス制御を実行するクライアントであり、前記製造装置サーバと通信し、当該製造装置サーバからのデータを利用する(1)統計プロセス制御(SPC)クライアント、装置エンジニアリング能力を実行するクライアントであり、前記製造装置サーバと通信し、当該製造装置サーバからのデータを利用する(2)装置エンジニアリング能力(EEC)クライアント、又は、高度プロセス制御を実行するクライアントであり、前記製造装置サーバと通信し、当該製造装置サーバからのデータを利用する(3)高度プロセス制御(APC)クライアントと通信することを特徴としており、
方法は、さらに、
前記ジョブ指示に基づいて、少なくとも1つのジョブをインスタンス化するステップと、
リアルタイムジョブ状態変化イベントを含むジョブ状態情報であって、前記少なくとも1つのジョブに関するジョブ状態情報を、前記製造装置サーバから前記シン・ステーション・コントローラ・クライアントに通知するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記ジョブ・コンフィギュレーション情報は、XML様式情報を含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記製造装置サーバは、前記シン・ステーション・コントローラ・クライアントから前記ジョブ指示を受け取るジョブ・ファクトリであって、ジョブ定義及び基本命令を含むジョブ・ファクトリを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記ジョブ指示及び前記ジョブ状態は、SEMI E40及びSEMI E94標準に対するサポートを含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記シン・ステーション・コントローラ・クライアント及び前記製造装置サーバは、.NET通信フレームワークを利用して通信することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
